Hovdsundet is a secluded beach in Bodø. Getting there is half the fun as it’s a challenging adventure on foot. Although the hike is difficult at times, the natural beauty makes it worth it. The trail offers a diversity of terrain from white-sand beaches, pine forests and coastal cliffs to pebble beaches.

We had a really amazing day. It was a beautiful hike. Ivar was a great guide and gave us options, provided lots of knowledge about the location and was very safe. We were able to explore on our own a little bit aswell as with Ivar. I would highly recommend.

There hiking trips were truly the highlight of my first Norway experience!
