Itinerary
Enjoy a scenic drive from your port/hotel to our volcano. Passing through university school zones, the main town, and other communities such as former slave "free village". See lush mountains while looking at the Caribbean Sea.
Start the volcano hike at 700 feet above sea level and hike up to 3792 ft. overlooking the crater of our volcano, and look back down to the community below- along with the neighboring island's volcano.
ONLY choose a 9 am departure if your ship arrives later than 7:30 am. Please then give the arrival time in the notes.
Please bring along additional clothes, to change after the walk.

Upon exiting the Port Zante arrival Hall, turn right looking at the Mapau Casino. You can expect a guide with your/group leader's name there.
If your closest possible pick-up is not listed, please contact us.

• A transportation fee is attached for Park Hyatt & Reggae Beach Pier Pick-ups. Per direction. If less than 4 person (departing) then payment is value of 4. Free transportation for Private option.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! Like everyone says this hike is not for the faint of heart. Just because you might walk and do a stair master everyday does not mean the difficulty level of this hike will be reduced. It is strenuous. . .both ways. But if you make it to the top you will be rewarded with such beauty as you’ve never imagined.
Don’t expect to stay a lengthy amount of time at the top as it’s important to descend in timely fashion. Expect 2.5 hrs going up and 3 coming down. That’s why guides push ahead. Djae was a patient and knowledgeable guide and extremely accommodating when he sensed we might need an extra minute of rest. We hit the jackpot with this guide. Kudos to Janeel and Djae!

Over 3000 ft up! It took us 6hrs total. 6 days later , leg muscles still sore! Guide, Jaylee was amazing

Great trip, the guides were really helpful, some of the route had slippery rocks but the guides took their time to ensure it was a safe hike

Such an amazing tour! You will definitely meet the best guides in SKN. The hike is challenging but if you are up for a challenge I highly recommend doing this tour. Must try!

If you have to pick one thing you do while visiting St Kitts, you have to hike this volcano. Janeel and his team made it an experience to remember, starting from the moment they picked me up at my hotel. This was the most challenging and most beautiful hike I have ever been on. It was a great workout and so much fun. The beauty and nature along the way and the views at the top are all incredible.

One of the highlights of our trip! Janeel and DJae were excellent tour guides. We learned so much about the forest, the volcano, and the island. Janeel and his team took care of every detail in such a professional manner, from booking to transportation to the hike. It was a fairly strenuous hike and we would not consider doing it without the expertise of this company. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring a small backpack to hold the water and snack they provide. Don't let some rain and clouds keep you from doing this hike. The rain was refreshing and cooling, and the clouds moved quickly so we were rewarded with amazing views of the crater at the top! The overall hike time, including breaks, was just over 4 hours.

Great hike and great views. Janeel and DJ were great at pacing our group, keeping us together, and training our bodies for the climb. Without their help, there were several areas where our group could have taken a wrong turn. Our guides were a wealth of knowledge and made our hike the best and most memorable day of our vacation.

It has been awhile since my hiking days, but I was certainly up for the challenge. It was definitely a strenuous hike, but Janeel was amazing in pacing and guiding us up and down the volcano safely. I highly recommend this company and trip. You will cherish the sense of accomplishment and of course the spectacular views.
