This was the absolute best tour we could ever have imagined with Alan as our tour guide. He was so extremely knowledgeable and to share so much information in one hour I can't even believe it. We've learned about history architecture and so much more. If I could give this more than a five-star rating I would have. In my opinion it was money well spent. And the biggest thing my husband wasn't bored.

It was disappointing. I thought there would be more about movies filmed there. I was hoping to get pics in front of those places. Movie information seemed to be an afterthought for our guide, as we passed by the location. My husband said it was the worst part of our vacation.

Lawrence was a terrific guide and showed us so much of Beaufort that we otherwise would not have seen! The pace was great and he had so many details about the movies made Trip Advisor needs to explain better where the actual pick up location is. If you go to the address indicated, you are at the marina shops and they were not helpful as they have no part in the golf cart tours. You need to go to the left of that building and look for the benches at the beginning of the waterfront park. We were not the only ones who had trouble finding it. And there are other tour groups in that area as well

Tour was a bit late leaving. Sunny but chilly morning. - The guide was thoughtful enough to bring blankets. - Much appreciated. Tour started near the marina at riverside. One golf cart; two couples. Guide was locally born & bred. Lots of good info about town history and movies filmed there. Inspired us to watch The Big Chill again.
