Basket Boat:
At here these local people they will take you go on the coconut boat,they make the grasshopper,rings, flowers, crowns from coconut leaves…and you can catch purple crabs. This is a very interesting way of catching crabs of the locals.

How to make the dipping sauce(This is a very important sauce for traditional Hoi An dishes)
How to make the Vietnamese rice pancakes(Banh Xeo)
How to make the fresh spring roll ( Goi Cuon Tuoi)
How to make the fried spring rolls(Cha Gio)
How to make the traditional beef noodle soup(Pho Bo)
And you have dessert are seasonal fresh fruits.
Finished the tour the car drop you back to the hotel or anywhere around in Hoi An Old Town is free.

Such a fun afternoon! And the food was so tasty! Mrs Hanh makes the cooking class easy and interactive, I can’t cook to save my life, but even my food was tasty! Make sure you give this class a try when visiting Hoi An.

I loved this cooking class. The market tour was very informative and we sampled local produce. The boat rides were fun. But the best part of the tour was the guide and food. Onhn was our guide, she is very funny, but also very informative and had excellent cooking skills. There was so much wonderful food. Come hungry. Highly recommend!
