1. Select the transportation service you require (choose the vehicle that better fits your needs the number of passengers and luggage. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
2. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
3. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
4. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
5. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
6. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
7. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

We had a little trouble finding our driver, but that was not her fault. Signage at the airport was not clear. She was very accommodating in relocating where we could find her. She was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience after a very long and tiring flight.

I was scheduled to arrive in Hawaii at 230 PM. I contacted the driver 12 hours prior to let him know that my flight was delayed and the new arrival time. I also contacted Viator 8 hours in advance to request that they send the driver a message to adjust my time. When I landed I received an email stating that my wait period was over and that my ride was lost. The company takes no respomsibility and states that Viator never sent them a message. Viator assured me they would. Either way I lost $75 for something I informed them of in plenty of advanced notice for an adjustment can be made.
I would urge you not to use this company amd just call lyft or Uber whrn u arrive... It ended up being just as private and cost almost $30 less!

It was good. We just had a long walk to find him outside. He did send pictures which was helpful. Very polite and helpful.

Driver made contact the night before our arrival to the airport. We had a very early flight. We messaged him upon landing and he was waiting when we came out of baggage claim.
