Disappointed. I was told the driver would be at baggage claims according to our flight arrival time. My mom and I waited probably 40-45 minutes for our driver. When he came, baggage claim already had the next flights luggage out. I paid $$ for the experience and personalization. I wish I just booked an Uber or went with another company. It was such a letdown.

Our driver Jackie was great! We were so appreciative of his patience when our flight was delayed. He gave fantastic directions on where to meet him, and some good tips of things to do while we were here.

Communication with driver was good, she let me know she’d be late. However it was disappointing as when she finally arrived I was the only person remaining in the baggage claim area. As a female solo traveler, on my first trip to HI it felt odd. Once she arrived, she was very helpful, and kind. Got me to my destination fine. If she’d been on time it would be a five star review.

Alena was wonderful. She texted to let us know where to find her and was waiting with a sign. She was so friendly and attentive. I appreciated the ease of the experience after such a long travel day. Will be booking with them again for my return back to the airport

Our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. Waited while we sorted lost suitcase with airline then drove us to our hotel in a smart SUV with cold water provided. Could not ask for better service.
