Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver, vehicle and waiting area information. on the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting at Baggage Claim, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and assist with luggage, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel.
Departure
Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver and vehicle information as well as confirming departure time, on the day of guest departure, Driver will be arriving early and wait at Hotel entrance, or Hotel designated pickup location, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to the Airport.

This ride service is the best! James was at the airport waiting for us with a bag cart & ID. He efficiently took us to his beautiful suburban & loaded all our heavy luggage. We asked where a close grocery store was for us to pickup groceries. He didn’t have a ride after so he thankfully took us to the store & waited while we shopped for our groceries. Then on the way to our condo I mentioned I had to pickup the keys at a different condo. James quickly said he would take us there also. At last he drove us to our final stop & assisted bringing all our groceries & luggage to the condo. James service went over & above & we are forever grateful!!! Thank you James-you have made us an appreciative repeat customer!

When I made a reservation seeing the photo of a SUV, I had a bit concern about the passenger and cargo spaces, even though the SUV was applicable for up to 6 people. My party is 6 people including kids. But this private shuttle service company provided a mini bus which were available up to 12 and maybe more. We could have a plenty of passenger and cargo spaces and felt so relaxed and happy. Really appreciated.
Also the driver sent my the confirmation text to meet at the airport turn-table a day prior to our trip. So the process to find the driver in the airport was so simple and smooth.
I would recommend this shuttle service to other travelers to Honolulu.

Comfortable vehicle with enough room for our group of 6 and our luggage. Friendly driver was on time and easy to find. Used same service for additional transport needs.

Our driver text us an hour before pick up to let us know he was on his way. He arrived 15 minutes early. He was courteous and very attentive. Great driver, very kind.

Our driver was great. Our plane was delayed by one and a half hours but he assured us, (there was 6) that he was monitoring our flight. The driver was waiting with name sign, loaded our luggage and promptly left Airport. Gave us some great tips and information about Oahu. Thankyou

Alena, our drive, confirmed pick the day before and when let us know she arrived when she got to the airport. She arrived earlier than our flight which was great because our flight arrived earlier than expected. She was friendly and offered us water as soon as we got into the vehicle. Great experience!

Our driver, Stan was very helpful through every step of our reservation. He contacted me the night before travel to confirm. He arrived to our hotel early for pickup and was very patient waiting for our family to complete their check-out process (much appreciated). His beautiful vehicle was spotless.
Our family was being dropped off in two different terminals. Stan accommodated us without hesitation. Thank you, we really appreciated this!
