Horse back riding down a gravel road was very disappointing. The cenote was a lot of fun and very beautiful. But way too short. we were only there 30 minutes. Zip lining was also very fun. We enjoyed the tequila tasting. It was very informative. The ATV ride was very disappointing. Riding on a gravel road was no fun and extremely dusty. We enjoyed our guide Raul and the paparazzo. I have experienced and enjoyed excursions all over the world with Trip Advisor and other companies. However, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unsafe practices as with this vendor. There are so MANY options in Tulum - I recommend you do thorough research and book elsewhere. DO NOT BOOK with this vendor. We had a simple miscommunication with the driver that led him to leave us in the middle of town and try to drive off with my fiance partially in the vehicle. Patrons approached as they thought he had been robbed or in an altercation - very embarrassing and unsafe. When I called to resolve this - the representative laughed at me and stated their drivers do not speak English and implied I was lying. In addition, they kept trying to push the narrative we were late - which we were not, in order to absolve themselves of any accountability. Once, our tickets were scanned and we had our bands. They no longer cared about accommodating or resolving the issue. Hours later they offered we drive two hours to meet the group to resume the tour or rebook - but no refund. We left the next day, therefore, no option to reschedule. Very unsafe and unprofessional business practices - could have been resolved professionally and amicably. DO NOT BOOK - You can find the exact same experience with a vendor that is diligent about their customer's safety and service.

Definitely a highlight of our trip! Our guide Jesus was friendly and kept everyone together. Our bartender Freddie Tequila had our group cracking up and dancing with a very entertaining tequila tasting session.
Although there was a small mishap getting to the cenote, the company paid for us to get a taxi and this was forgotten after a wonderful horseback ride, jumping 25 feet into a refreshing cenote, multiple ziplines, crazy ATV adventure, delicious tacos, and about 4 shots each all included in the price.
Photos cost about $70 but were very high quality and well worth it. We also bought two bottles of tequila from our tour, which was far better than the most expensive Don Julio I've ever had. Highly recommend this tour, thank you!

This activity was supposed to be 5 hours long, starting at 9:30am. We got started at 10:30, about an hour late, due to traffic (no one at the agency's fault). I anticipated we would lose 1 hour of our time because of the traffic, but then we were finished with ALL 4 activities and the food by 1:30 rather than 2:30, so we really only got 3 hours total.
All of the activities were VERY rushed. The horse riding was ok, but it was just a short trail through the trees around a polo field. We were only given 10 minutes to swim in the cenote, not enough time to do much. I'd recommend bringing a change of dry clothes as you may do the cenote first, last, or in the middle of the other activities. The zip lining was fun, but nothing special compared to other zip line courses. The ATV ride was short and due to the larger size of the group it was a slow ride with a lot of stop-and-go movement.
You'll have to leave anything you bring in lockers at each activity. At the horses there werent locks on the lockers. Make sure you bring cash as the lockers at some activies require a $10 deposit (it is returned when you return the key). You'll also need cash for tips for the staff members if you choose to give them tips.
You can't take your phone/camera with you on any of the activities and they charge a lot (lowest price $69USD) for some average-quality photos they take.
The food provided is 2 very small tacos (fish, pork, or vegetarian). If you want any other food or drinks - including water - you have to pay extra (but make sure you bring your own water and drink it as you're rushed between activities because we didnt have any opportunities to purchase water until the end). We ordered one appetizer and the staff brought us 2, when we said we only wanted the one we ordered they got kind of were pushy and tried to convince us to take (and undoubtedly pay for) both of them.
One good thing - our guide Diego was very friendly and helpful, it was unfortunate that we were so rushed and were unable to talk with him more.
Overall the activities were ok but nothing special and very rushed, not something I would ever spend money to do with this agency again.

The guides explained very well the indications and the experience was unique, I loved the attention and care to detail, from the fact of touring and having a good time, to the care for the environment ... you will simply love the tour!

Mi parte favorita fue hacer la actividad de tiro mesas, es muy divertido y la adrenalina es asombrosa. La actividad de caballos es sorprendente, sin duda volvería a ir muchas veces más, excelente servicio de todo el personal. Todos son muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Yo reservé directamente con ellos y me ofrecieron una promoción increíble, el trato es estupendo.
