Itinerary
Guests get to meet our dogs, learn how to drive their own sled together with a friend and 5-6 dogs depending on their weight. We are out approx 1,5 hrs to 2 hrs depending on the conditions. The distance is approx 18 kms. Once back at the kennel, you get to help feed the dogs, unharness them and put them back in their yards. We have a fire with coffee and cake and you can ask the guides any questions you may have. From here we take you back to Kiruna if you require a transfer or you can go back by your own car.

WE DO NOT PICK UP AT INDIVIDUAL HOTELS OR LOCATIONS!!! We ONLY pick you up from the SELECTED pick up point on your booking. The pick up is NOT a shuttle bus. WE do not go to each location! So please be at the correct pick up location as you have chosen at the time of booking. ( Tourist office, Camp Ripan, Icehotel or Our kennel)

Actually this was my second time here with this team to enjoy the Swedish Lapland on a dogsled :) Very nice environment, friendly guides, adorable dogs and puppies, all-in-all: a unique experience which is a must-have if you visit this magnificent place.

An unforgettable dog sledding journey in Kiruna, Sweden!
From start to finish, this experience exceeded all expectations. We were promptly picked up and whisked away to the kennel, located just a scenic 20-minute drive outside town. Upon arrival, we were outfitted with snowsuits and snow boots, although additional winter gear was available for those who desired extra layers. Knowing that dog sledding can be one of the chilliest winter activities due to the biting wind and the active nature of sitting on the sled, I came prepared with layers galore: long underwear, tights, fleece pants, double pairs of wool socks, a thermal shirt, a fleece, a buff, a scarf, a warm hat, thick winter gloves, and ski goggles for both visibility and warmth against the snow and wind.
After bundling up and ensuring our warmth, we received thorough instructions on how to both drive and ride on the sled. Opting for the sit-and-drive combo with my partner was a brilliant choice, as it allowed us to share in the excitement of driving the dog team while also taking in the stunning winter scenery, capturing memorable photos and videos along the way. Our adventure took us through a breathtaking wintery landscape, weaving through forests and vast open lands. A mid-way stop provided the perfect opportunity to switch drivers, give the dogs a breather, and enjoy some quality time with our furry companions, complete with plenty of photo ops and cuddles.
Upon returning to the kennel, the experience continued to delight. We had the chance to assist in feeding the dogs, remove their harnesses, and return them to their pens. The guides then led us on a comprehensive tour of the facility, sharing insights into the company and answering any questions we had. We capped off the outing with a cozy fireside chat, savoring coffee, tea, and cinnamon buns—a quintessential Swedish afternoon break.
As a final highlight, we were introduced to the adorable puppies, allowing us to cuddle and capture precious moments with them. This experience went above and beyond mere bucket-list dog sledding, thanks to the phenomenal guidance of the guides, who provided a glimpse into the day-to-day operations of the kennel. Special mention goes to Francesca, our tour leader, and Vulna (apologies if misspelled), who ensured seamless pick-ups and drop-offs and contributed to the kennel's operations. This was truly an end-to-end phenomenal experience that left us with cherished memories and a deeper appreciation for the world of dog sledding.

We had a great time during our visit and it was amazing experience. Our guide Zlatko provided is with all necesary instructions and was very professional and kind. All dogs were super friendly and we loved the puppies. I would definitelly recommed this tour provider to others as they love what they do and they do it right.

Great Experience. The staff was professional and we had an amazing tour. A quick briefing introduces some infos about the dogsled usage and safety. In the middle of the tour a break is expected to let the dogs rest. Amazing panoramas and incredible nature. It was really worthy. Recommended. Marco & Daniela - Italy

If I could, I would give them 10 stars. The only tour that operated despite the -40 degrees of those days and luckily we had booked with them. The guides are fantastic young girls who convey a lot of passion in their work, the dogs are too sweet, we would have cuddled them for hours. The tour is wonderful and exciting, one of the most beautiful experiences in our lives. Thanks again Thanks 🙏🐺
