Stop At: Parque Nacional do Iguacu, Rodovia Br-469 Km 1-8, Foz do Iguacu, State of Parana 85853-830 Brazil

Explore the Brazilian side of the breathtaking Iguazu Falls by land and boat on this exhilarating excursion. Snap photos from postcard-perfect viewpoints and listen to intriguing info about the local ecology.

This incredible tour offers an unforgettable view formed by the immense group of waterfalls of Foz do Iguaçu. Once inside the park, the van or bus will drive until you reach the trails and walkways that face the falls. We will walk from 40 minutes to 1 hour on the trails and walkways facing the falls on the Brazilian side and with panoramic views of the Argentine side.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Macuco Safari, Parque Nacional Iguaçu - BR 469, km 25 - Foz do Iguaçu, PR, 85855-750, Brazil

The adventure begins at the entrance to the Macuco Safari, located 25 kilometer down Cataratas Highway inside Iguassu National Park. Board open jeep-towed wagons that allow for an unobstructed view of the scenery along the trail. During the stretch of three kilometers through the jungle, multi-lingual guides will point out examples of the flora and fauna of the Park.

Orchids, palm trees, bromeliads, centenarian trees, and even wild animals that occasionally cross the trail are pointed out by the guides.

Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Iguazu Falls, Foz do Iguacu, State of Parana 85859-899 Brazil

On a stretch of 600 meters, there is a hike on a trail that leads to a waterfall called "Macuco Falls". The waterfall spills down from a height of approximately 20 meters. Access is via a stairway carved into the ancient rock. Make your way down on a short drive on an open-top jeep to reach the last stop, the docks on the Brazilian side of Iguassu River.

In the water, inflatable bi-motor boats await us. They´re constructed to withstand the rigors of the excursion, as well as being secure and efficient vessels. Before embarkation, passengers receive life-vests and plastic containers in which to protect photographic and filming equipment. The boat travels up-river passing the canyon facing the rapids at a speed that allows for scenic viewing.

Rainbows, blue sky, mist and water in abundance punctuate the spectacle whose high-point is the "The Three Musketeers". Here the captain maneuvers the boat in order to get close enough to provide the passengers with a quick and refreshing shower.

The falls were fantastic. Beyond imagination. I highly recommend it. The boat ride was less than expected. Very short, maybe 20 minutes and didn't get close to the major falls. Not close enough for good pics. We just went up close to a really small water fall, about 3 meters wide, to get wet. Jungle ride was short and not very interesting either.

Totally unorganized, no one spoke two words of English, way over priced, Jungle Drive is a windy little road you take electric bus to, Hike is leas than five minutes to trash the boat duck. If you take just a boat ride for about $60 less, they have to take you the same route, there isn’t e Off-Road or a hike for that matter, don’t waste your money, if you have to take the ten minutes boat ride, just do that only no need to give them extra $60 for nothing absolutely not worth it, tried to reach someone to speak, they don’t answer the phone if and when they do they hang up the minute they hear English speaking, quite a disappointment and waste of time and money

Before that trip I made another one with a very good guide, so this time I was a little disappointed.
After we had to buy our tickets one by one she only rode the bus with us silently, then gave us a map to show us where to go and left.
Sice we had to ride the big bus when we arrived the place was totally crowed and we had to wait to even begin to walk down the only trail there is.
Later she waited for us to tell us to get in line for the bus that will get us to the offroad and boatride. Once again we sat in the bus and she somewhere else without saying a thing.
Later on she bought our tickets which she gave to us and we went our way.
The truck ride with about 30 people or more on it was nice.
At the boat station we could decide wether we wanted the wet ride or the dry one.
Do the wet one. You get close to the Musketeers, though not really close to the devils throat.

I think the title of this tour is very misleading - the off-road jungle drive is not what you think and is only actually a truck that takes you from the boat landing back up to the entrance, the hike is a very mild 10 - 15 min walk to the boat landing - the waterfall ride was amazing but could be longer and just prepared no matter even if you where a coat you will get soaked.

Holy freakin' smokes. Iguassu Falls is seriously the most epic thing I've ever seen in my life! This boat ride is incredible and takes you right to the action. This was worth the trip to South America all by itself! This tour has great amenities like snacks and drinks and plenty of room to change clothes before and after the boat ride, so you don't have to worry about changing clothes in a little shack. Highly recommended!

Great tour and good way to see the Falls.
Only downfall was the guide mainly spoke Brazilian, with little English. Also was told by the guide we had to pay extra for certain entrance fees which later I found out was already included in the price we had paid. Not happy!!

We thought this tour was a lot of fun, and definitely worth the money. I saw a review that said the pancho was a waste of money since you still get soaked, and that's not the case. We were the only ones that didn't buy them and the only ones that were soaked! Really enjoyable trip!

We didn't have the best weather on the day we did this, but given we were completely drenched on the boat ride lots of fun, it didn't really matter much. The view of the Devil's Throat from the Brazilian side of the falls is stunning.
