Our favourite Galapagos tour! The guide was excellent and the snorkelling was incredible. We saw sea turtles, sea lions, sharks, sting rays, and loads of cool fish.

Excellent tour! The guide and crew were exceptional. We saw so much wildlife. I know you can’t plan it, it nature, but it sure felt like they were able to set it up. Sharks, turtles, and so many fish. I loved everything about this tour and would recommend it to anyone!

in one word: it was a bad tour ! unfriendly and not well organized . I would never recommend Galapagos living. My agent Josue in th end reimbursed me with some of the money because even he being a local understood that one can't treat customers like this.

6 days in the islands visit some places, isla pinzón, seymour, the guys from the agency are super. Everything well organized, my family very happy unique memories i have unforgettable

Absolutely a rip off . We got sold this tour and guaranteed that we would see 80-90% of wildlife. Instead, the first snorkeling place was in Santa Fè was sooo bad there's absolutely NOTHING going on , no fish no nothing and such a bad visibility. Then they takes us to Pinzón were we saw A turtle and a few fish nothing more or anything worth a 120USD. Also we supposed to come back in Santa Cruz at 5/5.30pm but we were back at 3.30 . When we got asked for food requirements we said that we don't eat fish but our food had fish when we pointed that out they just took it out without replacing it with anything else so we were Starting ...

Amazing trip for me and my family. We have a young family and the children were very nervous, the guide helped us to assure the children even tho there were sharks in the water!

I booked a day snorkelling tour and a last minute cruise with the agency. Richard was kind and responsive and spoke good English. I am very happy and satisfied with both activities.

We did several excursions with snorkeling but this was by far the best. We saw so many beautiful fish, white tip reef sharks, sea turtles and even had a couple very playful sea lions come out to play with us. Our guide was also top notch, educating and entertaining us all.

We saw sea turtles, sharks and numerous other fish. But I did not like the crew. The tour guide announced at the beginning that the tour could have 16 guests but there were only 6 on the tour, so it was "like a private tour". I don't agree as it is not a private tour when you are with strangers, sounded like a plea for larger tips. Then the boat captain showed me what I think was an octopus he was holding in his hands when snorkeling and wanted me to touch it. But we are all expected to not touch the wildlife! Then the crew basically ignored the passengers for the last half of the tour. Then at the end, the tour guide made a plea for tips and said the tip box was for the crew and we should hand him any tips for him. This was not the way tipping was addressed on any other tour.
