An amazing two days travelling the south cost. Our guide Holly was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to show us all of the sights and give us information on each location. There were plenty of stop off points for pictures and snacks! As well as being super fun, Holly was a geologist specialised in volcanos, so was able to give some really interesting information on the volcanos we passed, recent volcanic activity, and the volcanic history of Iceland! Thank you Holly for making it such a great trip! We got lucky with the weather but also got to experience some of the famous Icelandic wind which is really strong! The highlight had to be the ice cave which was just amazing and unlike nothing we had seen before. The waterfalls were also super pretty. The guesthouse we stayed at was amazing and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately no northern lights to be seen. Hidden Iceland had booked out all the north facing rooms for us however so we had more of a chance. Truley an incredible experience - we will definitely be coming back to Iceland and booking more tours through them!

I had this trip booked as a surprise birthday gift. From first moment both guides were amazing, Matej and Fennar, they took amazing care of us for the entire trip. From all the background stories on iceland and their personal experiences. Stops were great and always made sure we had everything we needed. Other great aspect was how much they took care of our safety and overall wellbeing. Amazing trip, amazing guides and amazing memories! Highly recommend!

The two day trip was nothing short of amazing. We loved every second! Firstly, Prokop our guide was fun, friendly and knowledgable. Being a small group, he was able to still keep it personable for each guest. The bus was super comfortable - lots of room to stretch out and quite a bit of storage too. We were blessed with some fantastic weather (albeit a little cold…) which made for some very scenic drives. We were entertained the entire way, and not once were we bored of some of the long-ish drives. We were able to tick off the majority of our bucket list places in Iceland on this tour. The ice cave and glacier hike were out of this world! It took us a long time of research to choose a tour, and we’re so glad we came across Hidden Iceland. We would whole-heartedly recommend this Hidden Iceland tour.

Had the most amazing experience in Iceland thanks to Hidden Iceland tours. Inky was a fabulous and knowledgeable guide. We spent two full days exploring and experiencing Iceland - waterfalls, canyons, black beaches, glaciers, ice caves, glacier lagoons and lava fields plus more. It was incredible. The visit to Iceland was the highlight of our four week overseas adventure. Thank you Inky for the experience and learnings and for the taste of Icelandic music as we cruised from destination to destination.

Did this tour with Hidden Iceland and strongly recommend for anyone visiting Iceland; the views are breathtaking, the explanations are amazing, the logistics are excelent (Hidden Iceland is really good!), and our guide Robert was just a wonderful guy that made it all even better than this already perfect landscape could be!

We had a wonderful today Tour and saw many spectacular sites. Our guide Holly was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the glaciers and volcanoes. She also took great care of everyone and paid special attention to the older and slower folks, which was especially important on the hike to the ice cave. There is a special technique to using the micro spikes effectively, which involves stepping down aggressively and she positively encouraged me along the way. The place that we stayed overnight was very comfortable and the food was excellent. We saw and did a lot of amazing things. Holly kept us on track but didn't make us feel rushed.

Our guide Robert was knowledgeable and humorous. It was sheer fun and safe to be in his tour. The transportation vehicle was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There were 11 of us and each get an individual big, well cushioned seat. We went to many places in a relaxing schedule. Loved the beautiful landscapes and waterfalls. Glacier Hike and the glacier lagoon were amazing. Highly recommend Hidden Iceland and this tour.

The bus was very comfortable and clean. The guide Robert was great and kept the tour interesting through good conversation, jokes and very polite overall. The lodge is okay and in the middle of nowhere which is expected with a good breakfast. Glacier walk was amazing and so was the floating ice bergs and Diamond beach. Adequate number of restroom/snack stops on the way each day.

First, a huge thank you to Bjorn, our tour guide. If you are lucky to have him, you will be blessed for an amazing tour of the south coast. He is a warm, chatty, funny and intelligent guide. Apart from seeing all the beauty of the south coast, we learned so much about the country from his talks as we cruised along. Everything from the politics, the economy, infrastructure, music, culture, and more! So happy that we did this first so that we knew more about the country before we proceeded on our own. Seeing the south coast of Iceland was definitely the highlight of our trip. Do not miss going to this area. There are spectacular sites to see. Diamond Beach is magnificent and the glacier hike was so much fun especially getting to drink glacier water right from the source!
