People are amazing, the audience is so great its a must do for sure ! You gotta do it trust me. They always make you feel welcome in Hawaii as well and the food is amazing

Very convenient to cruise terminal

Buffet style
One couple had an accident on cruise ship(Not their fault) requiring a trip to hospital ER (Concussion). Sent doctors statement to Viator requesting refund for them but have not heard anything.

The staff were so friendly and welcomed us with shell necklaces upon arrival, the food was delicious, and the event staff did a wonderful job, they were beautiful and it was entrancing to see there culture of music and dance,

Luau was ok. We had a celebrity package and food was on our table almost immediately. Show was excellent. For us I wish I had researched more as would of proffered a genuine luau food experience with food cooked in the ground as is done at other luaus. Even though celebrity seating my view was obstructed by the family at end of table near stage who stood up often to leave and return and found it frustrating.
