Traveler pickup is offered
Please note that due to damaged roads, the Council has requested that we avoid parking at the ferry terminal. We will instead be parked at Lloyd Collins Park, which is to your left of the Sealink Terminal, along the waterfront. Please follow the signs to the park. There will also be information staff there to help assist any that need to be pointed in the right direction. We will also endeavour to have one of our staff members with a sign saying Kangaroo Island Trails, who will also point you to where you need to go. Please try and be on a tender as early as possible as we do have a deadline with departure times as per below:
Food and Wine Tour - 08:30am - 09:00am. (Times may vary depending on time of first and last tenders coming across from Cruise Ship)
We do receive an email from the Captains office 24 hours prior to the ship arriving, notifying us of the times of the 1st and last tender and we work in with that. We aim to depart 1 hour to 1.5 hours after the 1st tender. If the last tender is 5:00pm then we have you back by 4:30pm. If it's 5:30pm, we aim to be back by 5:00pm but most of the time we are back by 4:30pm.
Please note that if you do miss your tour, we will only refund 50% of the tour as we have expenses incurred that are prepaid, that does not get refunded to us. Every endeavour will be made to contact you but tours do have cut off times as we have other passengers to take into consideration.
Please also note that if your cruise ship is arriving late and leaving early, we will have to alter the itinerary.
If running late, please contact Kylie on 0458 471 419

Viator provided a very good day with Katlin in an SUV with 2 other passrnges in a private relaxed tour of KI. We enjoyed Gin tasting, honey tasting, wine tasting & the most enormous Lavender scones with jam & cream. She adhered to a time table returning us to Penneshaw well in time to catch the tender back to the ship. I would recommend this company

The tour guide/driver was engaging, funny and very knowledgeable on KI and many other topics. His easy going approach is supported by his wealth of varied experiences, really impressive.
I have been to KI a number of times, but learnt and saw much more than before.

All the tasting experiences were excellent particularly the Gin followed by the wine. We learned so much. The pace of the day was about right and the driver was very knowledgeable. Be aware the tour does not depart from the dock but from a park close by. The ticket from Viator said pick-up was from cruise ship port. On arrival the Sealink ferry was in and obscured the private tours signage & the port volunteers gave us wrong info. We were very lucky to make our tour even though we waited over 35 minutes for it, in the wrong place!
