The Keukenhof Gardens and Tulip Fields are open for a limited time each year; while the staff at Keukenhof Gardens works very hard to ensure the seven million tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and spring bulbs are in bloom during this eight-week period, the cycle of blooming flowers depends heavily on weather conditions. You are guaranteed to see a mixture of flowers in bloom from March to May, but April travel dates are recommended for the greatest chance to see the gardens at their very best, including the tulips.

Lovely gardens! Nick, our driver, was very informative and we appreciated the availability of water to take in with us. Despite being late April the gardens were gorgeous

Beautiful Gardens and fabulous Tulips. Nice bus trip to and from the gardens. Tour was conducted on-time and overall very efficient.

Gardens excellent. However transport was very low standard. Took over 1 hour for the bus to leave, then the toilets were not available. In total I had to wait 2 hours to use a toilet. Not suitable for persons needing more frequent toilet access. Staff rude.

Very lucky when sunshine arrived-previous days rained. Came over by plane from UK specially. Huge numbers of people turned up-and amazed so many from Japan & China.
Choice of food was very varied and very good.
Layouts of all the flowers were excellent and so varied.
Colours stunning wherever eye took you.
Huge numbers of people-told they had reached saturation earlier and had to say "no more" can attend.
Never seen so many coaches .
We went by special laid on local coach companies and even thay got caught in huge delays .
Very good value day-it is their 75th year putting on these displays.

Outstanding from beginning to end. From our bus ride out to the gardens with nick, and the sheer magnificence of the gardens. The most spectacular display of flowers we have ever encountered.
This was a definite bucket list experience.

The different varieties and plantings….all extremely beautiful! I saw many new varieties of tulips!
I am excited to return to Canada and create a new garden in my backyard!

It was a lot of palava with the tour group. I would be lying if I said the Keukenhof was worth the trouble.
You really have to love tulips…& more tulips & more tulips. Nothing else there except tulips.

This was an easy way to see keukenhof from Amsterdam! Finding tickets and tours was difficult initially so give yourself plenty of time to get there. We had a good amount of time at the garden to walk around.
