We enjoyed our time at Keukenhof and the convenience of being able to leave at whatever time we wanted was an added bonus. This allowed us the time to hire bikes and ride around the tulip farms. Bus drops off and picks up right near the entrance.

We were only able to visit the gardens 3 days before their season ended. That meant that most of the tulips were gone. It was still beautiful and festive but the fact that there were not that many flowers was a let down. The crowd was massive that too. It was hard to get around and that made it even less enjoyable. If you go, don't wait until the end of the tulip season to visit.

Beautiful gardens although the fields were at the end of their season. I wish we would have gone earlier in the season.

The location for getting on the bus was a short taxi ride for us from our hotel. It was raining off and on so we didn’t want to walk. They had plenty of instructions/signs where to line up, lots of employees processing everyone. The wait was not too bad, then you walk around the building to where the busses are parked. The drive took between 35-45 minutes. Buss lets you off in the same place you will be picked up, so that is clear. There is a short walk to where you get into the gardens.
The Gardens were even better than I had imagined. We loved it all. We walked the whole area, stoping for a hot cup of chocolate at one point, then we had our lunch at their main restaurant. Lunch was pretty pricey, but good. We left right after lunch as it started to rain.

So much good stuff to look at. The inside garden area is like a contemporary art museum. Highly recommend.

Despite some of the flowers being at the end of their best the trip was still a highlight. Directions were clear and we had ni issue finding our start and end points

Very efficient way to get to the botanical gardens, a magical place. The bus was comfortable, the gardens gorgeous and even though there were tons of people in the gardens there was room to get away and enjoy. Food and drink are available. There’s an option for a boat ride. The great part is there’s an option to take the bus back to Amsterdam any time so you can spend just a few hours or all day!

Very Bad Experience. There were very very less flowers. And whatever flowers were there were dried up. What a waste of money. Visited on 12th May 2024.

Well organised, helpful staff. Beautiful gardens. Best way to see Keukenhof gardens as hop-on hop-off bus offers great flexibility.
