If you are travelling to Key West or know someone who is, tell them NOT to go on this excursion. I am 76 years old, I travel many times every year. This is absolutely the WORST experience I've had in Europe, North or South America in the last 10 years. It's promoted as the third largest reef in the world. Problem is, that the reef is DEAD. No color, very little coral and virtually no fish at all. The largest of the 8 fish I saw was perhaps 7 inches, 5 were barely minnows. Total time to the reef, watching and returning was less than 2 hours. $64.95/person. Save your money for an expensive meal. You'll by happy you did!

Cruising out to the reef was relaxing. Even though we didn’t see many fish, the guide was very informative of how the reef was formed & helping us ID the fish we fid see. Overall a good trip!

Very comfortable large glass bottom boat. Air conditioned in the bottom deck where the glass bottom is visible with plenty of room for all to see. When they get to the coral reef, there is an excellentlive guide presentation. Went up top, outside to watch sunset. As the sun set into the water, champagne was served.
Extremely courteoue, friendly crew.
Well maintained boat.
Highly recommend.

Family were visiting from S.C. They enjoyed the ride and looking at the sea life. They even enjoyed getting wet on the way to the reef

My wife and I enjoyed the day.The Captain and crew were very helpful and professional.
They did there best to answer any questions (even some that were a little off the subject)
The trip to the reef was comfortable and scenic. We didn't see any huge fish. But that's just up to luck.
I loved the hole adventure.

They don't tell you until you are at the reef, but watching the reef through the glass bottom boat can make you sea sick. I would say half of the people there had to stop viewing and suck on ice chips, including two out of our party of three. I (one of the two) have been snorkeling quite a few times and been on boats many times, and not had this problem before, so I believe it is a particular problem endemic to glass bottom boat viewing of the re.

Great way to celebrate the sunset! We were unsure about this as someone told us they didn’t see anything on the trip but it was fabulous! The glass bottom boat is so neat. We saw lots of different fish and coral and they told us so much about what we were looking at. They also passed out champagne to do a sunset toast. I highly recommend it. It’s a fun time for all ages.
