Join us for a transformative and rejuvenating experience on the serene shores of the beach. This unique session combines the power of a letting-go meditation with the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls to help you release any emotional or mental blocks holding you back and embrace a sense of deep healing and relaxation.
The session will begin with a gentle guided meditation led by our experienced meditation instructor. Find a comfortable spot on the beach, close your eyes, and allow yourself to sink into a state of deep relaxation. Through guidance, you will be encouraged to let go of any negative thoughts, emotions, or past experiences that may be hindering your growth and progress in life. The meditation will help you connect with your inner self, promoting self-awareness and acceptance.
As the meditation concludes, you will be gently guided into the sound bath experience alongside the healing power of the ocean.

Best part of my trip by far. Nicole was very welcoming and created a perfect space for healing by the ocean. Much needed for the momma traveling with 2 littles to get a little me time. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience and much needed break from a vacation with little ones. Nicole was very sweet and held an amazing space for sound bowl healing. The location was perfect and a gorgeous setting. Communication was great as well. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole was just wonderful as a person and a guide the sounds of the singing bowls mixed with the waves are a blissful healing experience there were four of us in my group and each of us loved it so much and not only de stressed but worked through some trauma.... 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend
