Our guide was mainly a driver, with NO knowledge of details. He was a nice guy, car was clean and well driven and all sites of interest were covered. However, other than, we are going to place X, no information was provided and the guide mostly answered I don't know to any questions of interest. We found later that our guide was not a Certified Guide.

Our driver and guide, Khadim Hussain, was exceptional and made our 8 hour day trip to Kyoto very enjoyable! He picked us up (4 of us) from the Osaka cruise terminal and took us to Kyoto and back the same evening, taking us to popular tourist spots! Hussain was one of the very best driver/guide we have experienced- he was soft spoken, respectful, professional and very accommodating! I would have liked to review him 10 out of 5 if that was possible! 😀

Our driver Hassan was wonderful. Made suggestions on where to see cherry blossoms, escorted us to the venues to take pictures of our group and was patient as we decided where we wanted to go. We were grateful to have him as our driver and guide.

Driver did not show up and the whole company stopped answering chats and phone calls. Even Viator can't get ahold of them anymore. We really needed a driver for our day in Kyoto and were stuck without one last minute. Do not use this company!

Hassan Raza was a really kind driver who aligned with us where we wanted to go and planned our trip itinerary with this in mind. He took time to get out of the car and walk with us to the temples so we didn’t lose our way from the parking lot. He also took us to a highly rated restaurant and even lent us umbrellas as it was raining. The van was super clean and we felt safe riding with Hassan. We had a wonderful time and we really appreciated Hassan’s patience and kindness waiting for us as my elderly mom struggled to walk at times. I would highly recommend this tour operator and Hassan as well.
