Reach the enchanting Bellagio, one of the most beautiful tourist resorts and an elegant town that attracts thousands of visitors every day.

Stop At: Santuario Della Madonna del Ghisallo - Museo Del Ciclismo, Via Gino Bartali 4 Uphill Towards Santo Pietro Belvedere, 22030 Magreglio Italy
Before returning to Milan, you will make an excursion to the upper part of the lake, towards the Monte del Ghisallo. Here, you will visit the Church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, a reference point for the many cyclists passionate about two-wheeled excursions along mountain trails.

Positives:
The view of the lake from como to Bellagio on the bus ride .
Guide was very knowledgeable and we appreciated that she as strict with the schedule .
Negative:
Felt pressured by guide to have lunch at the Ristorante La Punta in Bellagio.
We had to wait 20 minutes to get a table, 15 min to have our orders taken, leaving us little time to eat. It was also pricey! With that said, we didn’t get to look around the quaint town of Bellagio. Tip: grab a quick lunch instead in the town so you’ll have more time to sight see or shop.
We were supposed to have a stop in Ghisallo. The evening before the tour, it was changed to Lugano and was worded as an upgrade offer. Lugano was nice so it was ok with most people.

Everything is Good and the tour guide Ado and Manuel are very informative and engaging. They are exceptional tour guides and one of the best.

The company provided us the incorrect pickup location thereby we missed our trip after being misled by the company. After contacting the company they just shrugged it of and said "Oh well". I would not recommend them to anyone. It is definitely a scam. They are not articulate nor clear. Horrible experience

Private boat ride was awesome – I wish there was a little less walking involved, especially at the guides pace but I really enjoyed the trip.
Our guide was excellent!

We turned up at the original meeting point that was on our ticket we printed off before arriving. Lots of different coach companies there to pick up guests except our one. Then noticed they sent us an email at 17:10 the night before stating change of meet point which was 3 kilometres away. They told us we had to make our way to the new meeting point but after several phone calls they came and collected us. Then when we arrived at at Lake Como - they told us we had 50 minutes to get food as no time to stop and look round Bellagio at lunchtime. When arriving at Belligio we all waited 45 minutes to get ferry to the town. Finally there was no time to look around Bellagio as we had a private boat cruise booked. When we got on the boat we then got told we had to wait 40 minutes as there was another group joining us who were also delayed (Not very Private). Once the cruise completed we then had to wait another 20 minutes for our coach to turn up before taking us to Legano where we stayed for 70 mins. All in all very shambolic organization - the guide done her best but she was also very angry how the day had turned out. Tour felt very rushed with a lot of upset hungry guests. We had not booked to go to Legano but they changed it at the last minute - Would not use FRIGERIO VIAGGI SRL again, avoid and go with another company.

It was a fast but nice trip. Sara explains in detail about the main data of the sites. Punctuality is crucial for this tour so try to be on time. On my group we loose 1 hour due a couple and we had express lunch.

Although we enjoyed the Lake Como (in spite of the rainy day), the tour was amended without explanation. In addition, one couple was lost in Como and we had to ride over the lake cliff for about 30 min to catch another ferry. I, personally, easily get nauseous in such roads and my trip was not as fun as expected. Out tour guide and the driver were trying to do their best - no problem with them at all. Another disappointment- Lake Garda on 5/5 was cancelled without notification and my card was changed the full amount. We came to the meeting point before 8 am and no one there. Called the company and were notified only then. We were reimbursed but lost the tour without opportunity to rebook as were leaving Milan going home to states. The company refused even reimburse out taxi ride money both ways around 30 euro ( i can leave without them, but its NOT right). All is disappointing, sorry

The day trip to Como lake, Bellagio and Lugano was very good choice. The driver Maurizzio is very professional, the guide Alejandro also very friendly and professional.

This was the worst tour we went on. It took us to beautiful places but it was so poorly managed that we had very little time in each place. Our tour guide gave minimal information, he basically just shepherded us around. It was extremely disappointing.
