Giving 5 stars but couldn’t go on the tour! I had an allergic reaction that morning and my eyes had swollen up. I booked through viatour so I couldn’t go directly to the company to reschedule.
Viatour told me to go to the hospital and provide medical documents that I was indeed having a allergy reaction… I needed Benadryl and rest, it wasn’t life or death but no one wants to go on a tour with eyes swollen in the wind… rescheduling would have been great. But I’m not going to a hospital for it.
Try again some other time just a PSA on the customer service on this third party website

Everything was quick, smooth and organized. The ride was lovely. Also had a bar on the boat. It was clean, you will be seating next to people.you don't know but as the ride start you can move around.

Organized. Served hot beverages along with beer other alcohol downstairs. Plenty of seating. Beautiful views

So much fun. It was like a party atmosphere. Very very fun. Took my two adult daughters. Was a special trip For us !!!!!!!!

Didn’t make it in time for cruise couldn’t find parking. Traffic was heavy and the gps put us at the wrong level

We had an excellent time! Our tour guide was amazing. I wish I could remember his name. We were on the 715pm sunset tour on 5/10 :) so much fun!

The Sunset Tour is an experience. Truly beautiful Chicago skyline and historic buildings is by far Too Tier. Our tour guide Bob was Awesome. Highly recommend 10/10

Its was a really amazing time that me and my friends got to spent together on this cruise, we enjoyed the time on the Lake and the staff of the cruise was amazing too.

The rumble of the boats engine and birds passing by were all the sounds we heard as the boat followed along the shore. The setting sun changed it's gleaming rays every pass we made. Just a peaceful scene from the normal busy city..
