7.00-7.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM to get on the bus.

Very well organised trip led by a top class knowledgeable guide, Jack "Sparrow" who was very enthusiastic and engaging. Took us to some amazing places away from the busy crowds, peaceful and serene experience in the bay doing the kayaking but also the island with the cycling tour. Swam in the bay by sunset. Made great memories.
Boat crew were friendly and made a special dinner for the vegans. Room was close to generator so a bit noisy at night. Highly recommend this cruise! They'll pick you up and drop you off at your hotel in the Old Quarter... Xin cam on Jack!

Absolutely loved the tour - it took us to all the quaint and idyllic parts away from the tourists and bustle. Beautiful and scenic.

My boyfriend and I did this cruise last month and I really could not recommend it highly enough! Lucky was our guide and he did an excellent job of organizing activities like kayaking, relaxing on a secluded beach, and biking around Cat Ba. He also taught us so much about Vietnam and Vietnamese culture. The ship itself was also lovely - the bedroom was beautiful with a private balcony and modern, private bathroom. We had four meals on board, all of which were delicious. Cruising on Lan Ha Bay instead of Ha Long Bay was definitely the right choice for us as it was super quiet and peaceful. We only wished we had booked the two night tour instead of the one night tour!

The boat is older than i expected, but it's ok. The amount of food is too much. To decrease food waste, less amount is ok. The guide was quite nice and knowledgeable. Staff was all friendly & honesty. Thank you so much!

This was an excellent cruise from start to finish. Our guide Linh deserves special mention as she remained incredibly helpful and organised throughout. She also has a great sense of humour and made the trip fun for everyone. She was careful with our dietary requirements too. We had a really lovely time and particular enjoyed kayaking - and getting pretty wet! Her good English helped with our various queries too. We particularly liked the small scale of this boat and the the chance for everyone to get to know each other.

Ha was an excellent guide with an amazing knowledge of the country!
Food was great. You definitely couldn’t complain about the amount of food served to us.
The crew made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay
Would definitely recommend to others!

It was wonderful trip which is more than my expectation. Cruise is very nice and having amazing features. Service I will give 5 Stars. Rooms are wonderful with hot waters. Foods are ultimate and we felt very well. Our Guide Ms. Ha is very kindful, nice speaker, her stick games are so innovative some very mindful game. I give 5 stars for her all.
Kayaking, Net fishing, Cooking class are so nice and good memories.
Over all am very satisfied. I prefer everyone to go with Ms. HA TEAM.
