TERRIBLE experience - as soon as I booked and paid, they told me on WhatsApp that they didn't have the boat on from pictures but another one and that my reservation was not confirmed. Avoid the hassle with these amateurs.

Our favorite day in Cartagena due to this awesome experience!! Our captain and crew were so knowledgeable about the area and were very flexible with any itinerary changes. The tour operator, Fran, gave us so much confidence in booking because of his excellent communication!

We had the best time out on Fran’s boat! It was worth every penny to book his & it was just as stunning in real life as the photos. When we approached the docks, it was the nicest boat there! Very happy with the communication Fran provided + letting us decide exactly what we wanted to do for the day! Carlos & the team were so good to us - they were flexible with the departure, they took us to the Rosario islands & to lunch & were just happy to park the boat & let us swim & drink! This boat day was the best activity of our trip & an amazing way to spend a day in Cartagena.

Lol- after reading soooo many reviews of how helpful and kind Fran was- I figured it was a good place to start. I was so worried i was going to get a sputtering fishing boat instead of the cool one in the picture. Happy to say we got exactly what we hoped we would. The boat was spotless and was stocked with beer and water and had bluetooth to listen to our playlist! We went swimming with the dolphins at the Oceanarium. The captain knew all the spots and we had an absolutely fabulous time!

La lancha está genial y la experiencia es única! Algo que no puede faltar en un viaje a cartagena. Fran no pudo ser más atento, super pendiente de que el día fuera el mejor posible.

Excelente experiencia en familia, lancha muy grande y cómoda, el capitán Luis y Gustavo fueron muy atentos y amables nos llevaron a conocer lugares muy lindos y pudimos hacer snorkel

Cumplen con lo prometido. Barco dotado de todo lo necesario para pasar un día top en islas. Equipos de snorkel, flotadores, agua y hielo suficiente... super amable el equipo y buenísimas recomendaciones de Fran que estuvo atento a nosotros durante todo el día. Comimos en Paue, muy buenos platos típicos y playa super bonita. Hacen variedad de paradas lo que nos gustó mucho porque buscábamos conocer lo máximo. Repetiremos y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de un día en las islas

Muy recomendable experiencia. Las fotos no le hace justicia al barco, es mucho más grande y bonito en persona. Son un gran equipo, el acompañamiento fue de 10 desde el primer momento. Muchas gracias
