Self Care Practices:
- Learn a yoga pose that works specifically for you to relieve anxiety or depression
- Master simple breathing practices to instantly calm you
- Get two 5-minute self-massage techniques to center and ground you
- Choose one or two practices to incorporate in your morning/evenings to boost your energy and mood

I had the pleasure of being part of a Strªla class Lisa has taught when she was still living in Addis Ababa. Lisa is challenging and accommodating, she encourages you to do your best for what your body needs. You know you will be leaving feeling like “it was just what I needed”.
