We spend a very enjoyable 2 hours at Roots Seychelles being creative and learning new skills. Tony and Stephannie were so friendly and welcoming we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our session very much. We would defiantly recommend a visit and just have a go at creating something unique and personal to remember your visit to the Seychelles. Thank you both, we hope to return one day...

Tony, Stephannie and Marco were all amazing! They were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had the best experience with them. Tony is a man of the world and we had a very meaningful conversation with him. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Seychelles.

Sure Seychelles have some amazing beaches and other nature attractions but this truly was one of a kind experience. The whole team was extra nice. Even tho it was super hot, we had a great time. Even got some homemade banana bread and passion fruit juice served at the end. And you got to bring home a unique souvenir.

What an amazing experience at Roots! Tony and Stephanie were most welcoming and created a fun relaxed environment to discover your artistic flair! Great for any age, adults teenagers of kids I would thoroughly recommend a visit to roots.

Created beautiful colorful souvenirs at Roots Seychelles. On the lush hillside, we were given scissors and a basket to trim local flowers and leaves for our sun print. Laid the foliage on the fabric. Brushed it with water and then different colored dyes. Pinned it down with rocks and push pins. Let the sun do its magic while we enjoyed coconuts, passionfruit juice, and baked banana. Finished with a vivid momento. Activity occurs most days from 10AM-1PM. Can be rescheduled if it's not sunny. Cost 90 euros per person (also accepts SCR). Cheaper to book direct through their Roots Seychelles website. Fabric is 2 m in length and a lightweight cotton. Tours run by Stephannie, Rasta Tony, and Marco. Special appearance by Freedom the Aldabra tortoise. Tips: Bring your own trimmings if you want a particular design. Wear lots of sunscreen and be prepared to be in the sun. Will need to rent a car or take a taxi because the road is steep.
