We create an environment where people can get together to share the pleasure of playing the drums without the need for prior musical knowledge. No previous musical experience is necessary. Also great if you have been playing for years..
I will share the fascinating history of Panamanian percussion, its African roots, & why it is so important in our culture. Drumming can be a spiritual practice & it plays an integral part in the social & cultural fabric of Panama.
Our main goal is to enjoy our time together, learn about our Folklore, & raise the level of connection with Panamanian people and traditions.
After playing, we will enjoy a lovely wine glass or beverage and toast to our time together in our amazing rooftop terrace.
