Where to begin, this was nothing short of incredible from beginning to end! I went as a single parent with my little girl. It was really easy to find, well sign posted, lots of free parking, parking is very close by the entrance so no struggle with luggage. The smell as you enter is a child's dream, it's sweet and just a memorable smell! The entrance staff are wonderful, very easy to check in. The lifts are so fun, the rooms!!! WOW!!! A child's dream, it was my girls 5th birthday, a card & balloon where there for arrival, the beds where comfortable, rooms where very clean. The toiletries where even funky. The swimming area, book your time slot, but the guys in the swimming area, shout out to you all, you couldn't be more helpful if you tried! The play area, amazing, what a great idea! My little girl made lots of friends and there was lots of fun had. The restaurant we eat at was the bricks, the food was basic, again staffing where brilliant, very helpful, just not much food wise to choose from. We eat in Windsor in Browns on the second night as it was my girls birthday treat. The park, shout out to the woman checking the bags at 9:30 she was great! When I say the staff everywhere in Lego land where great I really can't rave it enough. We had only the best experience. The park wasn't overly busy so we got on nearly all rides no ques it was brilliant. We eat in the pizza pasta, bit pricey for what it was but it was our fuel for the day. I can't think of anything else to review except a shout out to the man who was working and directed us straight to where we where going because he was going that way. It was such a help and he really told us so much about the park, he should be promoted to park tour guide, could tell he loved his job. We cannot wait to return to Lego land it made my girls 5th birthday a special & memorable one. Thank you to all of the staff.

This was our first time at legoland. We bought 2 day passes and stayed overnight in the pirate themed rooms in the brick Hotel. Overall we had a great time. The place was magical for the kids. It was super tidy! Toilets / restaurants were all really clean considering how many people were there and the whole place smelt lovely with airfreshners. The toilet cubicles were super wide too so very disabled / family orientated. We entered the park via the hotel and it was such a shame we were not given a map or any details on the park. We were just let in a bit clueless which was odd! Thankfully we collected our access passes for our disabled children and some lovely staff gave us a map and helped us. Staff were really hit and miss too. Some were super friendly but others downright rude. We booked the swimming which was a bit underwhelming but the kids liked it but the 2 lifeguards were absolutely miserable. To a point our children were actually scared of them which is not something you expect at a child focused resort. The access cards were fantastic! We found using the ap mostly easy to use and eased our time. Our boys were 6 and 7 and perfect age to enjoy nearly every ride. They loved the sensory rooms and the play areas. The hotel was super clean and our room was really nice! (Annoying the lift broke down but these things happen) The worse side of legoland is the horrendous costs and some of the food. A basic icecream was £4.75, a child's meal £18!!! As a family of 4 we ended up spending a near fortune to eat and the food was not that great either. The bar food was way better than the restaurant. The breakfast was horrible and although being served quickly we didn't eat much of it. No butter on toast and ran out of cutlery! Child ate with a spoon. Extras like the kids driving license were £12.99 for a small card, facepainting at £25. Ride photos £20 No one was buying these and felt like such an extreme prices and disappointing at the high costs. Would definitely visit again but taking a packed lunch and our own food.

My partner and I took our two young boys here. We were left wildly frustrated with the aggressive workers literally screaming commands at people, before, during and after every ride. The stupidly inefficient loading and unloading of every single ride, causing stupidly long queues, rides breaking down after queueing for 35 minutes without even an apology from staff. Unbelievable pricing, £20 for 4 ice creams, £66 for a very limited pizza and pasta buffet, £10 for 4 tiny churros. The lego models themselves look dirty and dated. All in all rather disappointing

Outdated, dirty, inexperienced miserable staff, overpriced and a total let down. We bought this 2 day, night stay at the Lego land hotel for our 5 year olds Xmas present. The total price of the trip cost just shy of £700 and a disappointment from start to finish. The hotel lifts were broken, the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, the pool is 10 years overdue a refurb the hotel is tired, full of broken bits of Lego and just not in keeping with the £700 price tag we paid for 1 night for 3 of us. We tried to book breakfast for the morning but there fully booked so we will probably have to pay additionally for breakfast. The hotel restaurant was fully booked for dinner so we had to eat in the sky bar, a £50 meal the food was bang average the floor was filthy and the tables were sticky. The park is overgrown with weeds, zero maintenance and again about 10 years overdue a refurb. We are regular visitors of Disney land and Disney world and the people running the Merlin attraction really need to look at how other parks do it - this is inadequate for what you are charging people. You really need to reduce your prices or do better. We absolutely won’t be returning nor would I reccomend anyone to pay a visit either. Such a shame

Our visit with our 5 year old daughter was average at best. The park itself is tired, some of the attractions are grubby and dated the whole place needs a little TLC. The rides were OK, not anywhere near as good as Poultons Park or Alton Towers. The Castle Hotel is good and the wizard room was lots of fun for our daughter. The entertainment for the kids at night was poor compared to Alton Towers. They basically dumped a load of lego bricks on the floor and left the kids to it. The food is shocking, we had dinner at bricks restaurant and it was awful and i mean awful. But the worst part is the cost, it’s beyond expensive even for a theme park. It’s so disappointing! Everything from food and drink, carnival games, toys and all the added extras were extortionate. I would definitely bring a picnic and only visit if you can get some kind of special offer. overall our daughter had a nice time but we where left very disappointed, it’s definitely not value for money and other theme parks offer a lot more for your money. I wouldn’t recommend a visit.

Just seemed to be 1 thing after another really disappointed when we went 5 years ago it was amazing the park, the hotel and the bricks restaurant. But now I'd completely avoid the restaurant was over priced, food was cold or under cooked and they completely forgot items we ordered, seemed to be alot of staff standing around doing nothing. The hotels ' manage my booking is a joke couldn't add an extra day due to an error code so emailed guest services to get no response, so tried to book at reception on arrival only for the computer there not to work aswell so didn't bother with extra night glad we didn't in hindsight. The hotel room was freezing on arrival, there were only 4 towels even though room was booked for 5, one of the beds there were holes in the bedsheets, double bed the bottom sheet wasn't on properly and we had to make the bed before going to sleep, light above the top bunk flickered all night and the door was extremely stiff and had to be slammed to close it. I asked at guest services for my son's name to be added to the birthday name board in the park and that wasn't done so he was upset as to why his name wasn't on there. And my daughters ride access was a nightmare we thought you turn up show the card to go on the rides but seems you have to book each individual ride which we didn't have time to do so wasn't worth the hour or two it took me to get the ride access card for her. Over all we had a pretty disappointing stay. Only upside was most of the staff within the park are very happy, friendly and helpful.

I booked Legoland Windsor for 2 days as a surprise for my sons 4th birthday. It absolutely did not disappoint. He and his little 2 year old brother loved the pirate themed room and everything Legoland had to offer. I would especially like to thank Michelle who was the ride assistant on Desert Chase on 15th April 2024. She went above and beyond as soon as she saw my son’s birthday badge which made his day! She commented on his lovely new watch and cap. She blew bubbles while they went around the ride and announced his birthday at the end. He was chuft to bits and mentioned it many times that day and after. Thank you again for making his day feel so special x

We have been to Legoland serval times over the last six years. Our children love Lego and look forward to the trips. Unfortunately, it feels as though the quality drops a little with each visit while the price increases. Such a shame because when we first went the experience was amazing. Cut backs have really made such a bad impact. Charging more for less - very disappointing.

It was our first time visiting as a family of four and we had a great time. We found that the queue times displayed outside the rides and on the website were almost always wrong. A 20 minute queue would turn out to be at least 40 minutes. We found the resort to be far less crowded on Sunday rather than Saturday. A few rides were closed, but we found that there was still plenty of activities to do when we needed a break from queuing. Food is extortionate, so bring your own or prepare to be ripped off. 2 rides broke down while we were waiting to get on them, however they were fixed within about 10-15 minutes. Overall it’s a great experience if you have the patience for it.

We all had a fun time and the castle hotel was very good with the little activity pack for the kids the only thing I would say is don’t eat in the hotels as the food was very over priced and not much of a choice we spent two days in the park and managed to do most of the rides but was a little disappointed that two of the main attractions were closed other than that it is a very fun place to take the kids
