Booked though the tui app. Had a lovely day. Watch the tickets though. We got 2 adults and 2 children. They don't tell you though that even though the kids are tall enough to go on all the slides you have to pay for them an adult ticket if the want to go on the black slides. Also half the slides require a doughnut and you need to grab these as soon as you arrive. They are not handed out fairly and once someone has one they don't let them go so if you arrive later good luck finding one. They need more organisation when it comes to the rings. Fortunately it wasn't to busy when we went. The food is good and quote reasonable and you don't need to carry cash. Everything is scanned on your band and you pay on the way out. The slides are very good. We loved the crazy River and the zip line.

Good customer service, all staff spoke English really well, safety rules were adhered to, food was good with plenty of options. Only minor issue was that people were hogging inflatable tubes at times, but staff did a good job to reclaim them.

Really enjoyed our visit to the waterpark! We chose to visit on our last day after checking out of our hotel, we had an evening flight and there’s nothing worse than hanging around all day plus the waterpark is only 15 mins from the airport (i wish we left even later as the airport is small and we ended up hanging around for hours), highly recommend doing this, perfect way to end the holiday. I thought the price was reasonable, the rides were great and the facilities for my family with our 6 month daughter were just what we needed, she enjoyed the baby pools and baby slides. The part that stands out the most to me was how all staff made such a fuss of my daughter, everyone stopping to say hello, wave at her and interact with her from the shop assistant to the life guards, it was lovely. The part I wasn’t keen on was the photographers pressurising me to buy ridiculously expensive photos that they took, I was willing to buy some but they were way too expensive and I felt they were so so pushy! It put a negative spin on the end of the day. Other than that, great day out! Also fairly clean too, I am very fussy about public showers and changing rooms, these were ok.

We had a great family day out to Water City. It's cheaper to purchase tickets directly from their website and you receive a small discount if you purchase the Flexi ticket. Everything is scanned on to the wristband and you pay on exit. This is a great idea! As we visited at the end of the summer holidays the ques were not long so we had multiple times on a number of slides throughout the day. Our little ones enjoyed the children's pool and spent a lot of the afternoon running between the two sites. The food was good. I enjoyed my burger, our kids had spaghetti Bolognese, the only downfall is that this restaurant did not provide a children's menu so you're paying adult sized food for children. Overall we had a great day out. Highly recommended!

Visited with 2 x 12 year olds and a 9 year old. All were tall enough to do all of the rides. The park has some brilliant slides, a few pools that are more relaxed, decent food options and plenty of sunbeds. Queues were not outrageous, it got busier after lunch before dying down again towards the end of the day. We used the water city pickup service up collect us from our hotel. There’s two pickup times and we took the earlier one (10.30). There was no mention of a drop off time and when we got to the (very nice, air conditioned) minibus the driver informed us that we would not be picked up until half 5, which made it a long day in the sun. Not a problem for us, we thoroughly enjoyed our time but if you’re after a quick visit organise your own transport. The price on the website was €29.50 per person but my bill came to €186, which didn’t make sense. I think the transport is chargeable but it’s not clear. Definitely money well spent for a full day’s entertainment.

...the official verdict from our children was that Water City is better than Aqua Plus. We agree that it was more fun and so much better organised. The park is so clearly laid out and there is no scrabbling for inflatable rings when the park gets busy! The staff are much more helpful and caring, my son got injures at both parks and the care and concern at Water City was so much better. Food was good enough and very little wait time. The rides are all classified and it is clear which are suitable for who. There were a few more extremely high rides at Aqua Plus, but overall a better mix at Water City.

Beware of the big red half pipe… they have inflated rings to stop you at the bottom, but it didn’t work. They clearly need to add more water. We both hit off the inflated rings and smacked our heads off one another and had a splitting headache all day - sore heads lasted several more. Therefore, impacting our holiday. I thought the park wasn’t anything majorly special, and left as deflated as their half inflated rings.

Great fun, really good value day out. We visited as a large group with teens, grandparents and parents and there was something for everyone. Queues are largest in the early / mid afternoon, but never more than about 20 minutes for the most popular rides. In the morning and late afternoon the queues were much smaller. There is plenty of shade and considering the captive market the food and drink offerings were good quality and reasonably priced.

Water park was great. Queues not too long and the staff at the slides were really friendly and helpful but the food really ruined the day for us. We ordered food at the burger place. It was expensive, took 40 minutes to get it and was terrible. It really ruined the day for us hence the 3 star review. Bring sambos and you should be good.

The biggest water park ever in Crete. Free parking lot, many swimming pools and water slides and many swim tubes! I also liked the little swimmable river that swims you around the place, the elevator and the lockers. In each pool, I liked the signs for the exits and the pool's depth in the blue pools. Open 8 hours a day!
