A stop by a charming fjord with incredible turquoise waters in which you can find thousands of shells and small fragments of white corals.

Admire the oldest church in Lofoten, built in 1780 by wood imported from Russia. (outside visit, since the church is normally closed).

The most famous seafood cafè at the yellow cabins of Sakrisoy. Longer break, lunch optional (not included)

The panoramic drive from Svolvaer and back takes about 4 hours and 40 minutes. 1 hour is the time for lunch break. The remaining 2 hours and 20 minutes are dedicated to photo stops and the total hours is 8 hours

Andrea and Heart of Lofoten are amazing!! We had the absolute pleasure of exploring West Lofoten with Andrea this week. Andrea is kind and knowledgeable and navigated the islands with ease. Over the course of ~8 hours, he drove us to the most picturesque spots across Lofoten, each of them seemingly more beautiful than the next. The highlight for us was taking a short walk up to an overlook to get a breathtaking view of the village we otherwise wouldn’t have experienced. This day with Heart of Lofoten is one we will truly never forget, and we are already talking about our next trip that we’ll take with Andrea and Heart of Lofoten when we return to this incredible archipelago.
