This place is so beautiful. Our guide, Eder, was good about explaining the geology and creation of the stone. He also shared his understanding of our connection to the earth. I highly recommend this tour and if your lucky, you’ll have Eder guide you.

The beauty is unbelievable! As lovely as any photos you may have seen do not do this justice! The staff at Dixie’s is awesome, knowledgeable and so accommodating! This is a family owned business with real history and ties to the canyon Our tour guide Gabby gave us wonderful information about the Navajo, both past and present pointed formations in the stone and shadows that brought the canyon and the area to life!

Such an amazing experience. I continued to say as I walked through that there are no photos that can do it justice but RJ the guide really set us up for success! He helped set up the perfect filters to get the colors right and even took some BEAUTIFUL photos for me to take home. RJ was knowledgeable, funny, perfectly paced and made sure we were capturing the day the best we could. I would go back time and time again! Amazing. Once in a lifetime. Go with buddies if you’re afraid of heights, the stairs down can be scary… but WORTH IT

The tour was great and Staci was an amazing tour guide. She gave us a lot of insight into the canyon and the Navajo people. A lot of reviews say if you go, you only need to do the upper tour. But we did both tours (upper and lower) and both were great. I would recommend doing both as well. I actually preferred the lower canyon tour for some amazing photos.

We arrived 45 min early as instructed and they were able to get us in on the earlier time slot tour, so we only had about a 3 min wait! The tour itself was amazing and lighting was absolutely gorgeous- we were on the 2:45pm tour! Our tour guide Edder was awesome- very knowledgeable and funny. He knew all the best spots to capture great photos and even serenaded us inside the slot canyon with a beautiful song on his Native American Flute; the accousitics in there were mesmerizing.
