Our drivers will pick you up at your accommodation located in the city center (within the aurelian walls) and take to the port: no stress, no rush to find a taxy and arrive in time to catch the ship!
They will meet you at the lobby of your hotel or in front of the main door of your accommodation: they'll help you with your luggages and they will be glad to give you all the information you need during the trip!
You'll travel in clean and confortable air conditioning vehicles, with wi-fi on board and a bottle of water at your disposal!
Pick up from every accommodations situated in the city center (inside the Aurelian walls) : hotels, air b&b, apartments, guest houses.
Please indicate at what time you prefer to be picked up at your accommodation and consider that it takes about 90 minutes to reach the port from the city center.
Don't forget to indicate all the ship details and how many luggages you have (read below).

Pickup Details
Reserving a private transfer to the port in advance will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation until the end! We can pick you up at your accommodation only if located in the city center, within the aurelian walls. Our vehicles are equipped with all the highest safety standards and all comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi on board, bottled water and and English speaking driver. Our fleet of vehicles is made up of sedan cars (BMW, Mercedes etc) and minivans (Mercedes V-class, Renault Trafic and Opel Vivaro).

The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the weather and on traffic conditions
The operator is not responsible for intense traffic, bad weather, delays, crowded highways and if you miss the cruise ship for one of these reasons
It is recommended that you book the private transfer to Civitavecchia port at least 3.5 hours before your cruise ship departure
Provide the name of your hotel / accommodation and address within the Aurelian walls
Provide the pick up time at the hotel

The only good thing was that the tour operator will respond quickly to messages and we did make it to our ship. First we were informed that driver would be 15 minutes late due to traffic - that was okay. However we reached the port and only saw the Royal Caribbean ship in front of us - and we were sailing on Norwegian. We asked driver and although there is a language barrier, he checked app only and said we were in correct spot. He left and we went to the door and they said this port was for the Royal Caribbean. So we walked a ways and ran into port authority who told us that our ship was in a port on the other side and it was too long to walk- so he got us a taxi and we had to pay 30 euros more to get to the right ship. Amazing when we got to the correct port - we saw the Norwegian Epic right in front of us. Very frustrating and disappointing. And we are out an additional 30 euros for the taxi.
So would recommend that if you don’t see your ship - you are not in the right place

The driver was right on time and in a very comfortable car. The drive was so interesting and in such visually beautiful areas. The best part was unlike many of the other transport companies. They were dropped off at the port entrance and had to walk blocks of distance lugging luggage. Instead we were carried right to Norwegian's entry station and checked in and we're on our boat in 20 minutes total. Then we started reading horror stories from folks using the trains and taxis. It was SO WORTH WHAT WE PAID!!!

Our driver was to take us from hotel to the port to get on a ship. He went out of his way to take us around the entire coliseum so we could video it from all sides. He also loves to cook and shared many recipes with us.

We were very happy with this service. The driver was on time, extremely friendly, and drove us directly to the cruise ship helping with luggage. The company was very conscientious about confirming the plans in advance which gave us a level of comfort.

This service was excellent. Our driver arrived slightly early which was fine, loaded up all of our bags and off we went to board our cruise ship. It was so nice to be dropped off right where we needed to board the ship which meant minimal luggage handling for us. Our driver was very efficient and kind.

Arrived early in a beautiful Mercedes. Fantastic driver, got us to port right on time. I would highly recommend this option if you need to get to the port from Rome quickly and safely.
