What an experience!! The Maasai people are as authentic and organic as they come. We shared in their cultural traditions which was such a treat. Then off to the Chemka Hot Springs. A priceless gem of nature! Crystal clear waters surrounded by a variety of lush trees.
Our driver educated us about Tanzania throughout the trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable and navigated the many unpaved roads like a pro. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful visit to the hot springs and Massai Village. We weren’t too sure when our van stopped and picked up an extra person at a gas station but it turned out that he was our Massai guide. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania.

Loved being with Alfred so much! We were with him for three days. He was super courteous and went out of his way to show us things not part of our specific itinerary. We felt super safe and welcomed in Arusha. The Maasai tribe tour was amazing and unforgettable. We did canoeing and a coffee plantation tour, which was also outstanding. He also took us to Arusha national park, and he and his driver knew everything about the nature and animals at the park. They showed us good places to walk and constantly stopped so we could see the animals and plants. We got super close to gorillas, baboons, giraffes, buffalos, and pumbas. He took many pictures and videos and sent them all to us. Overall, can’t wait to book with Pathways the next time we come to Arusha!

This tour was one of my favorite outings to do! The Maasai were welcoming and kind, my guide was knowledgeable about the region (and very patient with my questions), the lunch was c'est magnifique, and the hot springs were the perfect way to cool off from all the festivities. This tour is a must for those interested in Maasai culture and getting to see a different side of Moshi!

The close interaction with the Massai and dancing with them. It was heartwarming to meet them and enjoy their warmth and hospitality. The spear throwing was so exciting and challenging. It felt like leaving family when the time came to take leave of our new found friends.
After a morning with the Massai we went to an Oasis of refreshing, translucent spring Waters to swim and finished the tour with a delicious lunch. I highly recommend this tour! Milton our driver came to pick us up punctually in an a A/C comfortable car and took care of all our needs.
