Just an absolutely amazing excursion. The pick up time was accurate and even though there was some initial concern about the transfers from to bus and train, the company staff was great about making sure the group collectively stayed together. Franklin was our guide and he's very knowledgeable regarding the history of Machu Picchu and the Inca civilization. The views in Machu Picchu are so beautiful that any photos/videos just don't do it justice. Bring a few snacks & water to hold you over during the travel day and eat a quick meal prior to heading back for the night in Aguas Calientes. Layers that are easy to take off/put on is a good idea. Between the weather, humidity and elevation levels I took my raincoat off/on probably 10 times. It's a long day and night of travel, but very much so worth it.

This was a wonderful experience. Right from being picked up at my hotel, to bus and train transfers and then being dropped back to my hotel at night was perfectly done. It takes a high level of organization and I am so impressed with the team effort. Our tour operator Gamara Gonzadany also stayed in touch with me throughout the trip on Whatsapp if I had any questions. Jaime was our tour guide and I would give him more than 5 stars. Our group absolutely enjoyed and appreciated his deep knowledge about the area. Thank you for making Machu Pichhu a great experience for me.

I had a wonderful time with this tour! Getting to Machu Picchu is rather complicated with numerous moving parts and lots of different methods of travel, but the company did perfectly! Frank, our guide, explained everything perfectly, took amazing photos, and at every step of the way had deep insights to offer. When booking this, make sure to book early and specify circuits 1 and 2!

Visiting Machu Picchu is so worth the hype and this one day tour made it as easy as possible. They organised all transport right from my hostel, which despite the early start, gave me enough time to rest before the day got started. The vistadome train option was definitely worth it, as the mountain views were completely gorgeous, this train also included free snacks and drinks including coca tea. Machu Picchu itself was so stunning, and the tour guide, Germán, shared so much knowledge and history as we walked through. Whichever circuit you choose will have amazing views so it's definitely worth it.

What an amazing day!! Everything was flawless from pickup to communication. We got sent our tickets the evening before, picked up at 6.55am, where we got a van to the Peru rail station, where we boarded a train, our guide left us here but informed us of how the day would work. The bus was 2 hours with Peru rail, where we arrived at ollantaytambo station, we were ushered with everyone on the bus to the train station where we had about 20minutes to grab a coffee and quick bite to eat before boarding the train. I highly recommend you spend the extra $$ and get the Peru rail observatory train, that was an experience in itself, food and drink included, and live entertainment, also an entertainment deck where you could stand outside and take pictures!!! We then arrived at Aquas Calientes at around 12.30pm a guide met us at the gate (names on a piece of paper) we had a 3pm admission time, so he took us to a recommended food spot and we walked around and explored. We then met our guide at the designated meeting spot where we discovered my friend and myself were having a private tour!! Fantastic. We boarded the public 20minute bus up to Machu Picchu, Ron our guide was fantastic walked at our pace and we shared some funny laughs. He was also a great personal photographer! We then made our way back down via bus, train, bus and then private shuttle straight back the hotel. I was at first apprehensive of how the day was going to run once I had read the reviews. But it was fantastic and flawless. Such a great experience!
