We had a great and seamless time with Cuscoperu. The instructions, briefing and reminders from Efrain were really helpful and made the trip run smoothly. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was awesome as well. Sharing with us the great story behind the wonder we were visiting.

We only had a couple days in Cusco so I didn’t want to attempt to organize the logistics of a one day trip to Machu Picchu so I found and booked the Machu Picchu private one day tour with CuscoPeru. We couldn’t have made a better choice, they pick you up at your hotel, private car to train station heading to Aguas Calientes, where our private guide met us off the train. Every thing was taken care of and our guide Wilson was incredible with knowledge and passion for Machu Picchu and the Incan history. He also took dozens of pictures of my wife and I and took the bus back down to town and recommended an excellent restaurant Full House with incredible views of the raging river! We had our private driver pick us up at the train station and returned us safe and sound to our hotel. A perfect day! I rarely write reviews but this experience and excellent service and organization by CuscoPeru deserves recognition. You will be met the day before your tour at your hotel by one of their staff who will explain everything from A-Z and provides you with all you tickets and paperwork for the train, bus, and entrance into Machu Picchu. Who wants to deal with that? Save the headaches and for a few dollars more let CuscoPeru do what they do best!

Planning our Machu Picchu trip felt overwhelming. Between navigating Cusco, train tickets, buses, entrance restrictions, finding an English-speaking guide, and returning safely, it seemed like a logistical nightmare. Machu Picchu requires advanced planning due to visitor limits and time constraints.
Thankfully, we used Viator and booked our adventure with CuscoPeru.com. It couldn't have been better! The night before, we met with Efrain. He thoroughly briefed us on the itinerary and introduced the team who would assist us. He even provided all the necessary tickets and travel details.
The next morning, William picked us up right on time and whisked us away to Ollantaytambo Station, about 90 minutes away. Upon train arrival in Aguas Calientes, another staff member met us and escorted us to the bus for the mountain ascent.
At Machu Picchu, our amazing guide, Vilma, greeted us. With over 20 years of experience, her knowledge was boundless. She answered all our questions with enthusiasm and brought the ancient city to life. After the three hour private tour, Vilma ensured our smooth return to the bus and train station.
Back in Ollantaytambo, William was waiting to drive us back to our hotel.
Machu Picchu was awe-inspiring. Breathtaking views met challenging terrain, so consider customizing your trip based on your fitness level – something I'm sure CuscoPeru.com excels at.

We’ve just returned from our full day out to Machu Picchu. Without any hesitation I would give this tour guide 5 stars. We were greeted by Eduardo at our hotel the evening before. Super informative, charming & helpful. Fully briefed for our excursion the following day. William our driver, collected us promptly at the time stated & took us to the train station. Once in Machu Picchu our guide Richard was there waiting at the station. Friendly, great English & knowledgeable about Machu Picchu . He takes incredible photos & videos for you. He travelled back to the train station with us & said goodbye, then the train took us back to the Ollantaytambo station where William was waiting to bring us home. Worth every single penny for peace of mind & easy flow for the different steps you need to follow. Loved every minute & Machu Picchu does not disappoint

The tour was great, the Machu Picchu is amazing. The tour guide Richard was great en clearly. I recommend Cusco Peru tours very highly. Good organisation and communication.

Lost city of the Incas . It is an icon of the Incas. A sacred religious site. 50 miles from Cusco. One of the wonders of the world . Not to be missed.

Everything about this trip is so organized, which makes it completely stress-free! Every single person that guided us during this excursion was kind, friendly and amazing! Starting with Efrain who came to our hotel to explain each detail and instruction of the excursion, very kind! Then, Angel our private driver that took us to the Peru Train, he even provided blankets for each of us! He was so friendly and communicative! Veronica, a sweetheart who guided us from the train to the bus at Aguas Calientes and made sure we got there safely! Then, last but not least our tour guide, Samuel! So detailed, funny and made the tour in Machu Picchu so amazing even when it started raining!!! Thank you to EVERYONE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would highly recommend this tour company, especially for those visiting Machu Picchu for the first time. At every step, they were attentive, punctual, coordinated, diligent, and very respectful. They were able to navigate the process for us with ease while even resolving a bureaucratic issue we encountered per one of my friend’s tickets. They are well connected to the local and regional authorities to resolve any issues that may arise. Our driver was courteous and knowledgeable as was our guide at the site. Overall it was a highly positive experience marked by detailed, professional-level of support indicative of true professionals.
