The tour stops outside the house and there is the opportunity to hear about John Lennons time here and take photographs also you will visit the home of George Harrison before he found fame with The Beatles.

The tour stops outside to allow time for photographs and to hear about Paul McCartneys time living at the property

Tour start times are usually either 10:00am or 14:00pm and you will be advised of which time is available when booking your tour and asked to confirm whether this is acceptable.
Tours will start at a Liverpool City Centre pickup point of your choice and will finish back at a city centre location convenient to you. If you wish to be dropped off anywhere else an additional charge of £10.00 will be required.
Please note we do not pickup from Liverpool Airport as tours cannot be conducted with passengers and luggage due to health and safety issues.

My sister and brother-in-law took this tour with me. Ian was a fabulous tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about anything to do with the Beatles. We were able to see all of their childhood homes and learned so much that I had never known about their backgrounds. We were all very impressed and really appreciated all of the information that Ian provided. Highly recommend this tour and we all enjoyed it immensely!

We booked a tour with Ian based on the glowing reviews and the man did not disappoint!
He took us to different locations and shared many stories. Even my dad, the biggest Beatle fan of the family, was impressed. And he actually learned new things as well.
We could have easily spend 3 more hours on this day out!
Another bonus is the Beatles songs being played throughout the journey! Truly mad how he does it. Simply lovely!
If you are looking for a Beatles tour done right please don’t look any further. This is the man and the can to go with!

Fan or not,you have to accept the Beatles are a huge part of Liverpool's heritage and to see the sights and hear the stories with Ian in his amazing yellow taxi is a must! Ians knowledge of the Beatles including his connections is second to none, and on top of that he's a genuinely nice guy who is passionate about his job and his city. If you love music and whether you're a Beatles fan or not,this is a great tour.

If you want the best personal unique tour of all the most important Beatles sites, with a very knowledgeable tour guide, who has an in-depth understanding of the subject then don’t go anywhere else. Ian has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Fab Four, and the bonus is he’s a really nice guy, very helpful, and with that famous Scouse wit. So glad we chose to do the tour, and we came away knowing much more than we did before. Don’t hesitate, get booked up now!

A truly excellent experience. We were collected from our accommodation and were treated to a personalised trip taking in all the sights with a lively history of the Beatles from their school days onwards. There were stories galore and information we had not heard before. Ian was charming and was happy to drop us at a destination of our choice at the end of the tour. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

This is an amazing private tour, well worth the money! Ian is a fan too, so you’ll feel right at home in his cab. He picked us up at our hotel on time for the tour and helped us decide where we wanted to be dropped off. Ian is extremely knowledgeable about The Beatles and has a great playlist for the ride. He also has some creative photo ideas, and his electric cab is very fun and accessible. We highly recommend taking this tour with Ian!

This is such a great tour! I took my mom who is a massive Beatles fan and even she learned a lot! Ian was so knowledgable and we learned things about the Beatles we never knew before. He takes his time when stopping at all of the sights and gives each sight even more meaning. He knows the right pictures to take and all the angles to get! I highly recommend!

We had the pleasure to do a taxi tour with Gareth Byrne. The 5-hour tour was amazing, we learnt a lot about the city, the history of Liverpool and of course the Beatles. We went to this tour after the Magical Mystery Tour, which was a good basis but Gareth took us to all the band member's childhood homes, important locations and also the legendary Casbah Club where we got a private tour from one of the family members. The tour was super details and our tour guide Gareth was knowledgeable. He took a gazillion photos of us in front of the famous landmarks, so it's great to have that now to look back on. All in all, we're leaving the city knowing this tour was one of the best investments we made here - highly recommended!
