Tours in English depart approximately every half hour. Follow along guides are offered in Spanish, Italian, German, French and Portuguese.
Tour content is subject to change. Access to the locker rooms, penalty box, dressing rooms and celebrity row are subject to availability. Locker rooms are not available on game days.
Your voucher will be valid for up to one year from date of purchase.
Your voucher must be exchanged in-person for a timed ticket. Times can be requested but are subject to availability, we recommend arriving within the first hour of operation for best availability.
Tours sell out quickly during the high season (March-Sept).
Tours run modified hours from 12:15pm-3:00pm on Knicks game days and can close early on concert days

We visited MSG during our recent trip to New York. The venue and its history is incredible… the tour however…. Not so much. Everything felt a little rushed and there was too many people in our group which meant the tour guide was more concerned about people not getting lost than actually giving us an insight into MSG. A lot of the tour was seeing things the average Joe Public could see when visiting MSG other than seeing the Knicks changing rooms which was pretty cool.

The tour wasn't what I was expecting. It was ok, and the tour guide was cool but we were taken around public places. I actually went back to MSG the night my tour was for an event and was able to see the same things my tour covered. I was expecting to go back stage and into changing rooms. We were taken into one of the suites but that was about it. Everything else, you could have literally have done with any event admission. I would not recommend this unless we were just on a bad tour.

My husband has now seen a hockey game in all the cities where the Original 6 hockey teams played. Enjoyed sharing the experience with our son, daughter-in-law and grandsons. Our view was terrific, the seats were very comfortable and the entertainment between periods and on the Jumbotron was perfect. All areas appeared to be very clean and the staff we interacted with were helpful.

Loved hearing the history and seeing the team locker rooms. It was a small group so easy to hear the guide. Would suggest better up front info on the ticketing process. Everyone was confused about how it worked… stand in line at 10:30 but then get another designated time that might not work in your schedule for the day

A pleasant one hour spent walking the halls and suites of MSG. It was interesting to listen to the tour guide’s stories told in a very enthusiastic tone. All your mementos will be in your photos taken.

I wasn't sure where we would be able to visit on the tour as there was WWE on the previous night but this did not disappoint!! Lawrence was our tour guide and he made sure we were packed with knowledge about the venue, its history and also some of the quirks of the venue. We got to go in various different parts of the arena including a suite which was extra special. We also timed it well as the New York Rangers had a game that day and were out practicing so we got to see that too! I took the 10:30am tour and this was plenty of time to get through security and also settle before the tour. The check in process was really easy and all the staff are really helpful! Just pay attention to your timings being called as the tours run every 15mins and there are multiple tours happening at the same time but this is highly recommended and worth the money.
