I have done this kind of your before with amazing experience in Lisbon.
However, this tour was just ok. I paid for highlights and Retiro Park, a 3 hour, but after 2 hours we returned to the meeting point with no explanation. I brought up the full itinerary not being completed and I was told that due to some restrictions accessibility to the Retiro Park was not possible - all this in Spanish.
I was offered to join another tour at Retiro Park 1 hour later, but at their location beside the park (30mins walk approximately).
I got there and the tour was finished, but we didn't see the entire park, we saw the fallen angel statue, and the glass house, then we returned to base.
Overall, it is ok. I just think the company should have explained the situation at the beginning of the tour to all involved, as they would not be able to complete the Retiro Park portion and return the pertinent percentage of the payment, and not wait for the customer to noticed and demand a solution. 2 people, not Spanish speakers just left, not sure if they had paid for the same tour than me, but if they did, I am pretty sure they never noticed and took off.

When we arrived at the Segway Station, our already paid booking, was not in the computer. So the girl (Cris) at the counter arranged some calls and at the end, punctually as booked, she just jumped in the role of the tour guide and did that excellently! Then we could not do the full tour because there was a demo in Madrid which made it impossible to drive through (with a Segway). So Chris just suggested to make a break in the middle of the tour, catch up a new Segway in the Parque Retiro and we continued our tour after Lunch. So Chris was very helpful and a great tour guide as well Thanks a lot!

This was my first time ever on a Segway. I was nervous. But our tour guide for the day was Miguel and he was so patient while he taught me and very thoughtful in making sure I was safe and okay through the entire time. He showed us quite a lot of places in Madrid and gave a lot of info about the places. One place he took us to was the oldest restaurant in the world, Botin. He took us inside and talked to his friend and got us reservations for same day for lunch. The place was just wonderful! He also helped me order the cookies from the cloistered nuns. Definitely recommend trying a Segway tour.

Miguel was amazing…. First Segway adventure for my wife and two adult sons and we all had a blast. Wife way extremely apprehensive about Segways and Miguel made her feel completely at ease, he modified the tour to keep us off busy streets, gave us a great tour and even gave the wife a Segway that was easier to maneuver. Can’t say enough about Miguel and the great tour . We were 4 alone in the tour and explored Madrid in a way we will remember forever. Highly recommend and ask for Miguel!!!!!

So we had never ridden a segway before and our nerves were getting the best of us, William took time to explain everything to us and showed us how to operate one and have us a little class before the tour. We truly enjoyed it and we're nippping about Madrid like pros. We were so impressed that we are doing another tour just to enjoy riding around the city.

Booked 10 am tour. Was rescheduled to noon with no prior notification. Only found out we were rescheduled after I called tour operator twice. Tour that we ended up on was not what I purchased. We were supposed to go to Reitro Park and other sites. But we went to the cathedral, royal palace, the Egyptian monument, and other sites. The tour we got was great, just not what I booked. Alan, the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great experience, enjoyed the full 2 hours. Miguel our guide was excellent. He was friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable about Madrid. He was very patient whilst we familiarised ourselves with the Segway, having been on them once before but a long time ago. A very enjoyable and sensible way to see all the great sights of Madrid so that we could decide where to return to later.

This was a terrific experience. At first I thought as petrified but our guide Alan ( not sure of spelling ) was so patient and thorough in his explanation.
Got the hang of the Segway. Then loved it. The tour was so informative interesting and most importantly it was fun. Thanks you Alan
