We had so much fun on this Segway tour. Juan, our guide, was informative and quite humorous. There were 7 in our group and 6 had not ridden a Segway before but everyone learned quickly with his help and patience. The roads were very quiet and there were hardly any cars. Ricardo brought us to the nearby churros cafe which was unfortunately sold out, so we were brought to the famous one down the road at no extra charge! We were truly so happy with this tour. No more walking tours for us... Segway is the way to go!

The trip on Segway around the Streets of Madrid was great. A good combi of driving and get information about prominent sites worked perfectly.
The affilitating part about getting churros afterwards was irrelevant and not needed. So buy it for guide Segway tour and not the churros 😏

Was fun to ride a segway for the first time, and the guide was very nice. We had enough instruction on them before setting out, imo. He explained things quite well in very good English and we went to a few spots that had nice views. At the end, the chocolate and churros were great - you could see the churros being fried and they were absolutely delicious! However, this is SO expensive for what you get! I booked this as part of the Go City pass, which made it worth it. However, I would NOT have been happy paying $40+ for about 45 min on a segway and churros (which you could buy yourself for ~5 euros) at Chocolateria 1902.

Personally I couldn’t recommend this to my friends. I felt like it was a lot of money for what you got. The ad made it appear like it was going to be 2 hours of Segway along with churros… but what that really meant was 1 hour of Segway and then we dropped off the Segways back to the office and then walked to the nearest churro place and they bought us churros and chocolate and left us there.
So it really wasn’t what I expected. I feel like it would have been more of an experience if we segwayed our way across town, stopping to see different sites and then stop to eat churros and then Segway our way back to the office.
Plus they made us wear vests and helmets (which technically are the rules… you know the rules that no-one else (locals) follows)
The tour guide was kinda annoyed with our playful/fun/happy go lucky attitude- she was kind of a worry bug, wanted us to more so fall in line and be boring.

Paloma was the perfect guide. Patient with my nervous 11 year old, gave great instruction on use of the segways and shared lots of knowledge about Madrid.
Delicious churros and chocolate at the end.

First time ever riding a Segway! Pablo was our tour guide, explained how to use it and we were given option of where we wanted to tour. We chose the tour to ride the Segway more than the sightseeing and it was very fun! After the tour we had the churros con chocolate! Highly recommend
