I really enjoyed this workshop. As someone who loves arts and crafts, it was a nice break from the hustle of vacation to sit for a couple hours and make the mosaic. The instructors were helpful throughout the entire process and offered great advice and guidance. I do recommend not doing anything directly after the workshop, so you have time to go back to your accommodation to drop your mosaic because it needs to stay flat for at least 24 hours afterwards.

This was such a fun activity to do, and a little different than the usual museums and sites in Athens. Marina was absolutely wonderful, explaining the history, guiding me through the process, and was so interesting to talk to while working on the mosaic. This was such a fun activity, and I have a beautiful souvenir from it to remember my time. Definitely sign up for this, and try to do it earlier in your trip so your mosaic has time to dry.

My two boys and I did the mosaic making class and really enjoyed our time. I enjoyed how the instructors took time to first teach us a little about the history of the art to help put it into context for us - then we each picked out our own design to make based on dozens of choices. We will pick up our final product tomorrow and my boys are looking forward to bringing theirs to school to show their teachers.

What and amazing apartment, comfy beds, amazing kitchen with more equipment than you could imagine, and a great table.
Located within walking distance to many sights and a supermarket which is next to the best Italian Restaurant, also near the bus stop which is handy to access places further away. Very helpful manager who was always available for us.

We just did the 3 hour mosaic class in Athens with 13 Mosaic. The class was amazing and lots of fun. The artist was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
We learned about mosaic history in Greece, and the different ways to make mosaic. Then we picked out a mosaic sample from 30+ options ranging from easy to hard. It took about 2 hours to make the actual mosaic from the example print and we loved every minute.
The studio is directly above a pedestrian shopping street with tons of coffee, snacks, and shopping.
I think this type of class is perfect for experiencing Greece and it's art.

My daughter and I loved our workshop. It was just the two of us and the teacher who was fantastic. We learned so much and had such fun. We are hoping to do more of this when we return to the US.

Amazing experience and the best souvenir to take hope with you from the beautiful Athens! We enjoyed the information given to us about how mosaics came about and through the ages. Also we got to have a go at cutting the mosaics in the traditional way. Throughout we were looked after and had drinks of tea & Coffee. It was a great experience and we are so thankful that we decided to do something new whilst we were away! Thankyou for a great day!
