Kenneth was an excellent guide. Would recomend to people for sure. The boat captain was also very good and stopped so we could see everything.

Kenneth was a great tour guide. He pointed out all of the wildlife. We saw white faced monkeys, spiders, bats, snakes, birds and iguanas. Must do in Costa Rica

DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY CALEED JADE TOURS!!! Shocking service. We booked and paid for the night mangrove tour. I then received an email from them to say they need a minimum of 4 people to do the trip and we were the only 2 who had booked so far. They also said that if we wanted to do the tour with just the 2 of us then we could for an extra $30. I said we couldn't pay anymore as we had already paid the price advertised through their main website. I didn't hear anything back from them until I emailed around 30 mins before the trip was to start as I thought it's obviously not going ahead and I hadn't heard a thing from the company. I asked for a refund if it wasn't going ahead. They then sent the refund and had taken 5.21%!! I emailed them to ask for the full amount and they said they had taken a cancellation fee which us in the Ts&Cs. I said that this was unacceptable as Jade Tours cancelled the tour and not us. I haven't heard anything back since. The money grabbing theives! Absolute con. So we ended up losing out on both the tour and also not receiving a full refund!! USE A DIFFERENT TOUR COMPANY AND CHECK THE Ts&CS

We recently had the pleasure of joining a boat tour. The tour was well-organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire journey both educational and enjoyable.

We had a blast! Our guide, Andersen was fun and knowledgeable. We got to see a baby crocodile, many lizards, blue herons, common eagles, king fishers, capuchin monkeys, boa constrictors, crabs, bats, and a turtle.

Enderson was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable on the local animals and plants. He helped us spot monkeys, turtles many different kinds of birds, sloths, snakes and much more! Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a good morning adventure! Thank you Enderson and Jade Tours!

Byron was a great tour guide! He waited until I arrived at the pick up point. He was very informative about the mangroves and animals. He spotted two snakes, a sloth, some birds, and lots of Jesus Christ lizards. It was an enjoyable experience.

We spotted lots of animals- sloths, snakes and birds. Our guide Byron was truly knowledgeable and so was the captain of the boat. The whole staff were professional and the hotel pickup was prompt. The included lunch was sumptious too! It was buffet style and I liked having options. I highly recommend this tour!

This was a great tour! Our tour guide, Derek, was very knowledgable and energetic and really made sure that we all had a great time. We saw tons of animals, like monkeys, a boa, iguanas, bats, and more! Highly recommend! Lunch was also good.
