A paragliding tandem flight from Rothorn (or Gornergrat - season dependant) with spectacular views on the Matterhorn and its surrounding 4000 meter peaks.
With a little bit of luck, you will also see some wildlife.
Our pilots will be talking you through everything, no experience is needed to come and fly with us - an unforgettable experience!
Paragliding is weather dependant. If we have to cancel the flight due to weather or safety reasons, you will be fully refunded. Sometime we also have to move it to a different day or time to guarantee you a nice flight - we reserve the right to do so
Please note that the oneway cable car / railway ticket to takeoff is not included in our flightprice. Our pilots will happily assist you in buying the ticket if needed upon meeting at the station - no need to organise that ticket beforehand.
If you travel on a SwissPass or halffare, make sure to bring it along as this will give you a 50% discount on that ticket up to takeoff. In the PeakPass or Skipass the ride is included

We had such a great time with Matterhorn Paragliding - my husband and I went this past weekend, and it was the highlight of our trip in Switzerland! We booked through Viator.com, and Larissa was lovely - reached out right away to confirm, then emailed with updates, and was extremely kind & easy to work with!
The day-of, we met with Alan & Jan - it was a rather windy day, causing delays on "take-off". We are so grateful they were willing to wait it out, and remain hopeful we could continue. We felt they were the perfect blend of keeping us safe, but also trying their best to get the experience to happen for us. Many other tour companies were giving up and re-scheduling their bookings, but this was our last day in Zermatt and we wouldn't have been able to re-book. Luckily, the winds died down, and we had an amazing time & great photos. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and well worth it!
We are so happy we chose Matterhorn Paragliding, not only for the paragliding, but the customer service. Alan was funny & entertaining, but also helpful to the tourists around, offering advice & jokes - you can tell he values your experience in Zermatt - he was truly a pleasure to be around.
The only thing to be aware of - the price of the paragliding ticket does not include the price of the train going up the mountain - that is an extra cost, and not cheap! Regardless, it was well worth it, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company & excursion to anyone! Thanks so much, Alan & Jan! :)

Thank you for the extraordinary experience of being able to fly in Zermatt with an extraordinarily beautiful view of the Matterhorn, especially a big thank you to my pilot Alan, he was very friendly and I was given a rollercoster attraction experience, not bored at all.
He is a highly recommended pilot.

Highly recommended. Pilot Allan and Bruce are the best. They make the flight fun, comfortable, and safe. Prep talks and instructions for take off and landing are very clear. And at the height of 3100m, the take off from snowy Rothorn felt safe with these guys... We enjoyed their stories while in flight, and the views are simply stunning. We got to see the city of zermatt and tasch from above and even got to see mountain deers, birds, and waterfalls. And to top it all, our pictures and videos are awesome. We will always remember this experience and we hope we can do it again. Thanks guys!

Spectacular experience gliding over the town of Zermatt with Bruce! He was an excellent pilot and guide, teaching me specifics about the seasons, the alps, the valleys, avalanche control, weather and flight conditions. I got to stare at the Matterhorn with the clouds below us. On our descent we went through the clouds onto the direction of the halo! It was such a mystical experience!
I highly recommend this trip and this company. Thanks Bruce!

This was an amazing experience! Highlight of our trip. I went as did my two sons ages 14 and 17). We all enjoyed! The team was professional, kind and very experienced. I was a bit nervous and they calmed my nerves. Highly recommend!!

This was truly an adventure to remember! Joël was an amazing pilot and made sure everything was perfect. It’s not every day that I run off a cliff with a stranger, but Joël had me completely at ease. I was ready to go back up and do it again! I even saw one of the operators (and his amazing dog!) in town later in the week and he remembered me! What a great experience. Do not miss this opportunity!
