Itinerary
The "Oceanfront Trail Ride" begins at the Circle M Ranch corral and will take you down the edge of the scenic valley to the coastline where you will have an opportunity to view the magnificent waters of the Pacific Ocean before heading back up to the corral.
At the coastline, our trail guides will take photos of you using your cell phone with the majestic seascape in the background.
*Closed toe shoes are required.

This was our favorite experience in Maui!! We did a private ride with Don . He was the best and not only gave us such a fun and beautiful ride but a lot of history on the ranch and Hawaii. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Our 5th or 6th time here and it was great. Circle M has improved on the experience that we always enjoyed when it was Mendes Ranch. Great wranglers that were friendly and helpful, the views are amazing, and the horses were excellent.

This was a great experience for my wife and I on our 20th anniversary. My wife had never rode a horse before and I have ridden a few times and we both being beginner riders had a blast. We were instructed very well before riding and Chase , Jacob and Jordan instructed us the entire time we rode on trails and were very personable the entire time we rode. Very friendly and helping us understand the way horses respond to certain commands helped us with our confidence on the ride . Would highly reccomend and views were outstanding.

We had such a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent. They take special care to make sure everyone is safe and well informed about the days ride. To start they give you a brief overview about the horses. Then they match you to a horse that best suits your skill and the other horses within your group. The ride was very enjoyable as it was a beautiful day with beautiful views on Maui. They even give a little history about how ranching began on the island. I highly recommend.

We rode Poncho & Chance and had an incredibly fun time. The views are breathtaking & the guides are great! This is a must do if your a horse lover. It’s also great if you’ve never rode a horse too.

What a wonderful excursion! We met some lovely people from New Jersey and Mississippi and our guides (Chase and Don) were great! They were patient, helpful, selected horses based on skill level, and shared information/tips on how to handle the horses. The ride itself was so much fun and the views were astounding! We had ample time to take photos, and Chase even took amazing photos for each group of riders. We loved this excursion so much, we plan to go back!

Great experience. Would highly recommend. Don and Jordan were great guides. Ride was fun with beautiful sites and good commentary on the history of the Mendes ranch and horses on Maui.
The ranch and horses were well maintained and cared for.
If considering trail riding, definitely book with the circle M ranch.

Great experience. Don did an excellent job at the beginning orienting us to the horses and riding. Jordan provided a great short history of the Mendes family, their ranch and the introduction of horses to Hawaii. The ride itself was beautiful and I believe all the riders felt very safe and comfortable throughout. We also appreciated the care the horses received, a well managed ranch.
If planning on a trail ride when in Maui would definitely recommend the Circle M ranch.
