We had a great time at the gilligans totally a great experience starting with the people very welcoming the food was delicious and the dance very good and enjoyable definitely I recommend everyone to visit 🌺👙😎

VIP seating is NOT worth it. Venue is small and we were right up front with a pole right in our view and could only see part of the show at one time due to the pole. The food was good and the waitstaff were very nice. Being VIP and asked to move for safety reason for the fire part of the show was confusing and not enough seats for everyone to move back and the woman moving us was rude. They need a better stage for the show. The dancers, singers, drummers, and the woman explaining the show were fantastic.

The entertainment is VERY good. If I were rating on entertainment alone, I would’ve given 5 stars. The 3 star rating is for the food, service, and seating arrangement. If you don’t buy a VIP ticket, there’s a chance you could get a very bad seat. Our seats were on the last row, and since the stage is not elevated, we had to stand up during the entire show if we wanted to be able to see over the crowd in front of us. The food was not great. The pineapple vinaigrette dressing was severely watered down, the mahi mahi was overcooked, and the desserts tasted like they were from Walmart. The waitress had a thick accent and didn’t seem to understand our drink order. I took a sip of the drinks she brought and then notified her that she gave us the wrong drinks. She then served our drinks to another table. I would not return to this luau in the future due to the food & service.

The food was not very good. The fish was so tough. It was overdone. Everything was salty. The desert was good but for an authentic Hawaiian Luau, we had hummus? I think it was over priced. The location was not very good. I could barely see the dancers. They had these patio post right in front of my seat. And we were opposite to the sunset so we missed the beautiful view.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating for us as we had to work around food allergies! The food was delicious and there were good GF options. Also, shout out to everyone involved in the show, from the band (who I really enjoyed) to the dancers and performers. It was a really neat cultural experience (and thanks to the folks that came up from New Zealand too!). Thanks all!
