My daughter wanted to go to Omega Mart. She had a good time and enjoyed herself. I on the other hand did not quite get it. I was completely lost about what we were doing for the first hour. As long as she enjoyed herself, that's all that mattered to me.

I would like to give ZERO rating to this place. I went in there with my backpack. The female receptionist said I needed to store my backpack in a storage room for $3. I paid, then the female receptionist opened the storage room and gestured me to put my backpack in there. I went in and put it on the shelf. When I got out, I overheard another guy yelling at the female receptionist telling her off for letting me into their back office. Confused and worried about what would happen next, I waited around at the reception area for about 5 mins to get a sense of what just happened. Shortly after, I thought everything was alright, so I went inside. At one point, when I was recording (I still have the footage), I saw a security guard was staring at me (probably followed me around for a little while). When I walked out of that place, the security guard asked to speak to me with all these tourists around. He accused me for walking into the staff room and told me off for doing that and educated me that I shouldn't have done that at all! He made it sound like I committed a crime of some sort and I probably stole something from them! Shocked at his accusations, I told him the female receptionist gestured me to walk in there to drop off my backpack on the shelf by myself. The security guard immediately snapped back,"Well, the female staff said you just walked right in there on your own." **I didn't see this security guard when I checked in my backpack. So apparently he was instructed to track me down inside.** I couldn't believe what I just heard! I told the security guard this: First of all, you followed me around and spied on me when I was touring inside. That was creepy enough. Secondly, you blamed me for something that your staff member should have known better - not letting people into your back office. And if a situation like this happened, your employee should have learnt to say "No, please don't enter into our back office" and stop a customer right at the door (they have a swinging door before the back office door). If she couldn't say No or didn't know how to explain that it was your back office, your management should have learned to teach your employees more properly. Don't blame a customer for being misinformed and misled!! Poorly trained staff and security guard with no common sense and with disrespectful behaviours. It is apparent that their security cameras record everything and security guards do follow people around making sure nobody steals anything. So, when you are inside, you are being watched all the time!

Neat experience with many hidden rooms and spaces. Many of the interactive robots gave generic responses to commands given - which takes away from the experience a little. Some of the secret rooms had pointless exhibits (lasers, flashing lights, etc.). The experience is better suited for parents and their children. Feels like we fell into the trap of the trendy tik tok videos, but in reality, we would’ve been better off spending the day on the strip!

This is an amazing art attraction that is bigger than it seems. The amount of detail towards bringing this world and it's story to lift is something that anyone can appreciate. The attraction is also interactive in many parts, and for just $3 you get a card that can track your progress and even unlock rooms that are off-limits! My friends and I spent hours just looking around the place and solving some of the mysteries late into the night. Some products can even be bought as merchandise, right off the shelves! I wouldn't recommend this to little kids, but teenagers and up should be wowed by this experience!

I have yet to be disappointed in any of the Meow Wolf exhibits. The storytelling, the art and decor all adds to the over all experience. Absolutely worth a trip through at least once.

Didn’t know what to expect, but was disappointed for the price. You enter a supermarket and explore everything finding secret passages to other dimensions. Was there a storyline or goal? Not sure. Couldn’t follow it if there was. Some things were cool, others were just meh. Most was just weird. The largest downside for me is that it was so crowded inside that it was hard to make a discovery on your own- someone was always ahead of you opening the secret door or coming out of a hard to see tunnel. That ruined the fun for me.

Very cool experience, but I think it’s more appropriate for older kids as it’s dark inside and you will be going up and down. We purchased the access / employee card for $3, so we can solve the clues. My child found it fun and a bit challenging to complete all the mission. We spent about 3 hours there, it’s fun to explore. Try to open all the doors if you can pick up the phones, and there are few holes and you can climb.
