This is a nice, quiet place to have a drink and limited snacks amidst the chaos of the airport. If you want a respite from the crowds, this is a great option. Just make sure you reserve a spot. Those who turn up without a reservation, regardless of what card you carry, will have to wait if the lounge is full.

The lounge was a wonderful place to relax before a flight. The included snacks and drinks were provided and the service was great. I’m glad we booked ahead and got a reserved spot. The VIATOR site was the first time we’d heard about this. It was worth the price.

We set up this reservation through this company and could not find it when we got there. The lounge is worth it to have a drink, quick bite and get away from the Cancun airport chaos.

I booked for 4 well in advance of our vacation. When we arrived, there was already a line forming and even tho we prepaid, we still had to stand in line. Once in, they separated the 2 couples. They remedied this. The food was mediocre and the lounge in my opinion was not relaxing at all. Would’ve rather eaten at the food court tbh :(

Booked discounted deal online as we were heading to airport. Comfy seating, good selection of food and drinks ( beer, wine, Prosecco and even Petron tequila!:-). Nice finish to holiday before heading home

We had a 2hour plus wait and this worth the cost for a comfortable seat, beverage service, private bathrooms, charging stations, and TVs to watch while waiting for our flight.

We booked this because it advertised a smoking area. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay extra to use the smoking area at the Guy Fieri restaurant. When we went there we were told we could not use the smoking area because it was reserved for families. A waste of money.

I have a black card & was also flying 1st class & they told me that I have to wait 1hr to get in. Meaning they would not Allow me to get in until I was actually boarding my flight.. unrealistic (worst lounge I’ve ever encountered)

Very small lounge in terminal 2. Overcrowded and very uncomfortable plastic seats to sit on. Probably have been better to just stay in the main airport
