Merzouga Camel Ride Overnight stay in Desert Camp Erg chebbi

I was with a tour group in Erg Chebbi in May 2024 at the Hotel Kasbah Tombouctou. The location of the hotel directly in front of the Sahara dunes is fantastic. My absolute highlight was a camel ride at sunset, an unforgettable experience in the desert. We were accompanied by great guides. Special thanks to Ali for his helpfulness and kindness. For me it was a trip with magical moments. Thank you very much, Ali!

My wife and I went to Merzouga to enjoy its desert and experience riding a camel. It was a truly wonderful experience as we discovered the beauty of the sunset in the desert and the beauty of the picturesque stars. The camel was calm and peaceful, and the way it walked was smooth and pleasant. The people working there were very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back again and bring some friends next time. We are from Singapore.

A truly memorable lifetime experience from start to end: - We had a place to park the car for the night; - The camel ride to the desert was amazing, smooth and not too short not too long; - The Luxury tents were perfect, spacy, the beds confortable to rest after a long day, great bathroom (considering we were in the middle of the Sahara); - The whole staff was helpful and very kind; - Dinner was a buffet, really well served - amazing chicken and lots of vegetables; - Tribal music under the moonlight In the morning we had the opportunity to visit a local beber family in a nomad tribe and a few other landscapes in the desert (it was an extra) - totally worth it. We were guided by Said (who's part of the beber tribe) - such a wonderful person, was great to share the early morning with him, racing through the dunes and having some berber tea :-)

Well organized, luxury camps have great infrastructure and dining, helpful staff. Camel riding was really relaxing. Beautiful environment.

An amazing night with spectacular views and activities. We didn’t had a lot of time and this one night stay in the desert was totally suitable for us. Starting late in the day and not physically exhausted. Said is very welcoming and friendly. He shared a lot of stories with us. I can only recommend!

Absolutely incredible! Without a doubt, one ofthe best places I've ever been, and I've traveledall over the world. The staff were beyondamazing - they treated us like family, and I feltso at home! The atmosphere was just magical,with stunning sand, views, andaccommodations. They went above and beyondin every aspect! And let's talk about the food - itwas not only plentiful but absolutely delicious! IfI ever find myself in this neck of the woods again, I'll definitely be back! Huge thanks to everyone for such a wonderful experience

We stayed 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 9 years old). It was great experiance. We went on camel riding, had lunch in an oasis, drove a 4x4 on the dunes. Really nice experience and great host.

Our best experience in Morocco. Fortunately we booked with this company. We had a private tour with a luxury tent, it was warm and comfortable. The camel ride was excellent, we took lots of photos with the sunset, our tour guide was very helpful and willing to help us taking photos anytime we asked. Timing is very flexible if you contact them directly to inform. The dinner was full with 3 courses, breakfast too. And of course, the traditional drum show in the evening is original. I would have expected less at that price. Really worth it. Thank you all of you.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at the Camp Everything was amazing during the stay at the dunes of the Sahara desert! The staff is very helpful and arranges for the pickup and drop. The food was well prepared. The night bonfire, music and dance was cheerful and the morning sunrise was refreshing. The staff could speak three languages - Arabic, French and English. The tent was comfortable with hot water and electricity. There are solar panels in the tent so it is green energy as well. We loved watching the stars at night. We would love to come back again very soon
