The trip will be a fantastic experience. We will travel approximately 45 minutes on the motorway from Messina to Taormina.

Stop At: Castelmola, Castelmola, Province of Messina, Sicily
Once you arrive in Castelmola you can admire one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, taste the almond wine of the famous Bar Turrisi. The characteristic of the bar is the presence of phallic shapes used as decoration. These shapes are not to be designated as a symbol of vulgarity, but as a symbol of fertility, prosperity and freedom according to Greek culture. Plus Alex will take you to taste some delicious Sicilian cannoli from the legendary Stefania Pittitti.

Stop At: Taormina, Taormina, Province of Messina, Sicily
The last stop of our Tour will be Taormina where we will spend about 3 hours. It will be possible to admire the beautiful views and the characteristic Greek-Roman Amphitheater (the cost of entry to the theater is not included in the price).
We will also be able to admire the
historic center and the characteristic Corso Umberto. I will take you to admire the beautiful beautiful island from the famous balcony of Taormina, from which it will be possible to take photos that will leave you with a unique memory of the place. Once this is finished, we will return to Messina via the motorway for a duration of approximately 45 minutes by car.

The meeting point will be at the cruise terminal, outside gate 5. Alex, your driver, will be there waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Once with him your tour will begin.

The guide, Yoli, was friendly, spoke several languages very well, and was not only knowledgeable about the places but also about the history, so that we could understand Sicily's rich history and its influence today.
We began our tour in beautiful Castelmola, ancient town with its beautiful streets and there we had delicious Sicilian pastries. Then, we headed to Taormina with its rich history and beautiful, quirky streets.
They took us to eat to a restaurant in the heart of Taormina with stunning, beautiful views, and a delicious Sicilian lunch. The driver Carmelo was also very friendly and a safe, professional driver.
All in all, Sicily's Taormina and Castelmola were beautiful and very interesting places.

Castelmola was our favorite. We had a group of 11 people and our guide was very nice, but seemed very inexperienced and did not really guide us to the most important points of our trip. She was lovely, don’t get me wrong, but she could’ve been much, much better. We did not get the free Wi-Fi, and, although she did offer to go through the town, she neglected to tell us about the amphitheater and architectural buildings that I would have liked to see, and it was too late. We were already in the bus back to the ship….

I arrived at the Porto of Messina with my wife and 2 young children.
I met Alessandro right outside the boat,his car was quite new and very clean.
He drove us to Taormina and has been very friendly during the whole journey ;he showed us a couple of historic monuments while drive through the places and we found this extremely interesting,he also showed us the beauty of isola bella.
On our way back we went to some places in Messina ,he showed us the Duomo of Messina and one of the most beautiful panoramic spot I’ve seen Cristo Re.
We came back to the boat way on time without any stress.

Alessandro was great! He pick us up at the Messina port and took us to Taormina and Castelmolo. We loved him so much. I would recommend to anyone coming in town who is looking for a tour or just a transfer!

Was able to accommodate a group of 7 to get to out destination. Ride was comfortable and had a great experience and got back to the cruise ship seemlessly and on time.

Would highly recommend using the services of Alesandro. My entire family and I (8) thought this experience in Sicily was one of the highlights of our European holiday. Alessandro was punctual, he was friendly, funny and accommodating. What are you waiting for? If you a going to Messina do yourself a favor and book Alesandro before he is booked out. Apart from the beautiful sights, Alesandro will take you to experience the best ever yummy Sicilian cannoli.
