Lily was so warm, welcoming and a wonderful host! We had an amazing time. We weren’t sure of what to expect, but the food, the company and the instruction exceeded all of our expectations. My aunt is an expat that lives in Tulum now. It was her first time trying a class like that in Tulum and she said, “it’s the best thing we’ve done here!” The recipes are amazing and Lily’s assistants were really kind and helpful. I can’t wait for our next visit so we can cook with Lily again!

We had a fantastic time visiting Lupita in her home and learning to cook some traditional Mexican dishes. Our hosts were very friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent teachers. We had a great meal and I immediately went and ordered a tortilla press so I can practice what I learned at home.

During our Tulum getaway, we signed up for a cooking class at Riviera Kitchen. Lupita warmly greeted us at her family home where we met two fellow Canadian guests for the morning session and lunch. Lupita guided us through the art of creating an authentic Mexican spread, detailing the ingredients and methods used in traditional dishes. We dove into making salsas, crafting handmade tortillas, perfecting quesadillas, and even tried our hand at making taco pastor. The highlight of the day was a fun mezcal tasting experience. Lupita's enthusiasm for cooking and her cultural roots shone through as she shared her knowledge, not forgetting to mention her love for her furry companions. It was a delightful experience and definitely worth adding to your agenda in Tulum.

Lupita was such a wonderful host! She shared her home, her pets, and her culture with us with nothing but open arms. The food was incredible, and the success of it was to do with Lupita and her helpers. The instructions were easy to follow and her energy was lovely. I was so happy to learn Mexican cuisine in such an authentic way, was definitely a highlight of my vacation! Thank you for sharing your recipes and culture, would definitely recommend :)

My husband and I were lucky enough to attend this class on March 12th and be the only students. We learned so much about the authentic flavors of Mexico and the ingredients that create these flavors. We are now back home and can't wait to go to our local Mexican market and ask for the real ingredients to make the real food! Do not hesitate to book this, you will not regret it! on an aside bar, I would really love to get the recipes for the al pastor, the guacamole, the tomato salsa and the soupa de la mama we made, they were sooooo awesome! thank you
