Stop At: Art Deco Historic District, Miami Beach, FL
You will primarily walk outside throughout South Beach between 10th and 15th streets. The tour steps inside a few buildings to point out Art Deco and modern design and decor and other highlights. For private group tours, the tour can begin and end anywhere within the Art Deco district.

Please know traffic is heavy and parking is limited after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. If you are driving into South Beach please allot additional 45 minutes to enter South Beach and locate parking as some garages may be full and you will need to drive around to locate street parking. ALSO please check traffic advisory on Internet for any traffic delays.
Tour continues in rain or shine (except for Hurricanes Watches or Warnings). In the event of rain, we keep you indoors most of the time. Be sure to carry an umbrella or rain poncho to walk in between buildings. Statistically, rain showers do not last more than 20 minutes.

We were lucky enough to get James, an author and travel writer, for our tour. His personal stories of the area were very entertaining and he was just fun! He gave just the right amount of history. We recommend taking this tour early in the day, as there are places he points out on the tour that you’ll want to return to. Highly recommend!

James was a great guide and provides a lot of history and art knowledge on the Miami hotels and museums. A great addition to a visit, as who you see the average arcitecture it is neat, but understanding it adds a lot.

We were lucky enough to have author and travel writer James Cubby as our tour guide. He was personable, funny, and full of entertaining stories about local history and personalities! This was a great tour and 100 percent worth our time. Very enjoyable! Definitely recommend!

Our guide Jennifer was quite knowledgeable and fun. She taught us a lot of history of the Art Deco style and Miami Beach in general. After the tour she gave us recommendation on other fun activities around town. Our group really loved the experience.

We had a fantastic tour with James- he was so knowledgeable and energetic and made our tour so enjoyable. He had amazing first hand stories about south beach and kept us engaged and intrigued the whole time. I’d recommend doing this one of the first days of your trip because he is a wealth of knowledge with great recommendations!
