The meeting point for our trip was in a very congested location and our guide did not hold up sign announcing herself. We were very upset and phoned the local company-Walk in Europe who refused to reschedule or refund. Extremely rude and hung up in my face. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We lost $250 dollars. Shameful
